Can this be used on outdoor plants?

Yes it can but it depends on the needs of your plants. They also have a blossom booster and all purpose formula that I use outside.

What’s the difference between “all purpose” and “special”?

I would think that all purpose applies to all. And special meaning that it contains superb ingredients

Is there any differences between this jr peters houseplant special 15-30-15 and jr peters all-purpose 20-20-20?

15-30-15 is double the amount of phosphorus. It’s best to check on each plant to find out what fertilizer is suitable.

Should this be refrigerated when storing in a very humid environment?

I keep mine under kitchen sink and we love in Florida👍🏻
