Does it work with a light with a photcell?

Hi friend, thanks for asking. These bulbs may be not compatible with the photcell light. If you have any issues, please feel free to contact us. Thank you!

Are these compatible with solar lamps?

If you're talking about a light that collects solar energy then no, they would not be.

Can these be used in a 20/40/60 watt touch lamp?

Since they are dimmable I would think so
