I have been taking Free Soul multivitamins for a week now. I have noticed difference in my skin, my nails are much stronger too. I also got my energy back. I am happy with the multivitamins and I am looking forward trying other products.

Really love these, effective and don’t me make feel sick. I usually take multivitamins first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, and a lot of other multivitamins make me feel really ill so these are great if you want something you can take anytime without needing to worry about how full you are.I personally don’t mind the size of the tablets and do not find them hard to swallow, I have included a picture of Vaseline for size next to the tablets. They are fairly large though so if you struggle with this these may be too big. Not really any flavour either bar just tasting a bit starchy.In terms of energy, I used to take these years ago but stopped as they are a tad expensive and since using serval other product I’ve not noticed a difference in energy level like I have with these. Pretty much the same day I started taking these again, I’ve noticed a bigger energy boost. For reference I’m and in my 20’s and generally in good health, I mainly struggle with energy and iron levels.Would definitely recommend these, they are well worth the cost. Plus the packing is really cute!

The size of these may have deterred some people from purchasing these and I would like to reassure everyone that although these may seem off putting, they are surprisingly easy to take due to a coating on them.I purchased these as they contain majority of essential vitamins and supplements and these were cheaper than purchasing numerous vitamins individually.I was a little concerned by the size of tablets as I sometimes struggle to take tablets myself, even common pain relief tablets cause issues.These I decided if I had a problem I would break in half and take them. However I tried to take them entire with small glass of water and was surprised that I barely noticed them being swallowed.No issues at all and feel great, no taste or aftertaste.To early to say that I feel 20 years younger and fitter, but perhaps in time?

I'm only two days in, so obviously not noticed a difference yet. But I thought I'd write a review - a) because I rely on other people's reviews so much and b) because I can then use this as a point in time by which to compare in 3 months (how long I've chosen to give it before deciding whether it's worth the cost).So here's my two day review:The tablets are no bigger or smaller than a generic multivitamin you'd find in a UK supermarket own brand.Yes, it has bulking agents. That's how all the tablet manufacturers form and suspend their product (prescription and other). Proportionally, these agents are in larger quantities than the individual vitamins, collagen etc so of course it comes first in the ingredients list. This would be the same in all tablets.The tablets are easy to swallow (I am able to take both at the same time with no issues.)I noticed today that there was a faint fishy smell when it inevitably repeated. I'd not yet eaten - so although it doesn't say to, I shall take these with food.The cost is not that different to other branded Multi Vitamins - I bought these because they combined vitamins, iron and collagen. I'm not interested in forming a drink out of powder. I need things that will make it easy for me to take and get on with the rest of my day. I'm not convinced about either the collagen nor the Hyaluronic Acid - hence writing this essay! but my sisters both swear by collagen supplements hence trying this one.Today's body scan then is: My hair is shiny, long but dry on the ends. My scalp itches (it tends to when I'm stressed). My skin is ok - no break outs, and normal to dry. My nails are brittle, tend to crack and split (horizontally and vertically) and easy to bend.My knee (left) and hip (right) both ache. I'm hoping the collagen will help here.Perimenopause wise: I'm emotional, my hunger is all over the place, I feel generally 'blue'. I have intermittent bleeding, no sx drive and my weight is going up despite exercise and dietary restriction.I don't expect this to be a magic bullet, but thought it worth noting all here so that I can say what I have and have not experienced as a result of taking this.

I've waited a while before leaving a review to see if there was any impact. Ive been taking them for over 2 months now and i have seen substantial benefits. I don't feel as tired and lethargic in the evenings after work, i am sleeping considerably better and my skin and hair feel much better, i was losing quite a lot of hair when washing it. Im 59, been through the menopause but still on HRT so you can get an idea where I am in my life. Yes, the tablets are big but they are really easy to swallow, just slide down. Ive recommended these to a few friends of mine. £10 a month to feel this much better.... a bargain!

I’ve been using these for a few weeks now and really like them. My energy feels more balanced, and my skin looks brighter — I think that’s down to the marine collagen and hyaluronic acid. It’s nice knowing I’m getting so many nutrients in one tablet instead of juggling a bunch of different supplements.I also like that they’re made in the UK, gluten-free, and contain no GMO ingredients, synthetic fillers, or binders — that gives me confidence they’re a cleaner, more natural formula.The tablets are a little on the large side, but that’s not a big issue for me. Overall, it’s a well-made, women-specific supplement that actually makes a difference.Pros: noticeable results, clean ingredient list, no synthetic fillers, great all-in-one formula.Con: tablets are slightly large.

Good vitamins, but if you have trouble swallowing tablets these may not be for you, a had to break the tablet into 4 pieces to be able to swallow it rather on the large side

Feel alot better in myself taking the multi vitamins. Good value too

Die Tabletten sind leicht zu schlucken. Bereits nach einer Woche fühlte ich mich tatsächlich fitter und die Haut fühlt sich besser an. Hab sie gleich wieder nachbestellt

Geschmacksneutral, sehr groß!!!, bei Kontakt mit Licht entstehen sofortige Reaktionen in Firm von dunklen Punkten (vermutlich das Eisen)
