This is my third purchase. I recently started taking this multivitamin, and I have to say, I am quite pleased with the results! The vitamins have really helped me ensure I am getting all the nutrients I might not be getting from my diet. While the tablets are on the bigger side, I found them surprisingly easy to swallow, which is a big plus for me.Overall, I would definitely recommend this multivitamin to anyone looking to supplement their nutrition—it's been a great addition to my daily routine!

Really noticed the difference when taking these. I checked on my fitness pal, and know when I take these supplements I am close to hitting all my daily nutrition goals. Throw in some healthy meals and exercise a few times a week, and I know I’m smashing it. I have more energy and just feel better when I take them. Easy to take, work well, I like them a lot and have been taking them for about 3 months.

I've done a lot of research and was previously using another brand which I loved until it became just too expensive on a monthly basis - SO glad I found Free Soul as a most cost-friendly alternative, and to be honest a better quality product all round. Have been using this multivitamin for a couple of months now and definitely notice a difference in my overall wellbeing and health - love the peace of mind of knowing that I am what I can to support my wellness. Great variety of other products (I use the apple cider gummies and probiotic supplements too) - like that these vitamins dont have any repeating after tastes and is easy to use and geared towards females specifically. I trust the brand and the quality of ingredients which is important too.

My mistake - thought they were gummies and they are tablets. That tablets are quite big, as are most multivitamins, but you have to take two! That’s my gripe with them. Other than that, I like that they have both collagen and biotin in, which a lot of others don’t. The amounts of each vitamin are good. I’ve had no side effects. Taste isn’t bad or particularly strong, but if you struggle to swallow, these aren’t for you. It would be great if they developed a gummy :)

These multivitamins have been a great addition to my daily routine. I feel more energized, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my skin and overall mood. Easy to take and gentle on the stomach. Highly recommend for any woman looking to stay on top of her health!

There isn’t a taste with these. The texture seems okay the value for money brilliant quality is brilliant. I can’t smell anything with these the effectiveness not sure because I haven’t been on them that long.

My negative was the collagen, as this product contributed to a significant change in my urine. I have never had any issues with odour, but this caused a fishy smell, and a cloudy appearance which ceased within days of not taking them.I also noticed that my scalp became extremely dry and flaky, another symptom which i previously had not experienced or suffered from.Having taken other marine collagen supplements in the past and not suffered from any side effects,i personally must be sensitive to this particular product.As for my energy levels skin and hair, yes, a significant improvement and my nails grew quickly and stronger, also the hyaluronic acid was very beneficial for my Dry eyes, due to a decline in my oestrogen levels.This is my personal experience and opinion,but i would recommend you give it a try especially as the price tag is excellent. Just be mindful in regards to any reactions caused by the collagen.

I'm on month two of these vitamins and have found them beneficial. I have waited to write a review as I wanted to give them a fair chance, and could tell a difference a couple of weeks in to taking them. My energy levels were higher. I found it easier waking up in the morning (my son has autism and gets me up at 4-5 am everyday) I have also found it easier to get back off to sleep, as I've always been a once im up, I'm up, kind of person. I have also noticed my hair has grown longer. No new hair has grown, i still have the same bald patches but the hair i do have, has grown. My nails are also less brittle and seem a little stronger, although they haven't seemed to grow any quicker. I will keep repurchasing these as there's a noticeable difference in my energy levels, which was my main concern for trying a multivitamin. My skin seems to have cleared up too, which i forgot to mention. Not sure if it's the vitamins or me upping my water intake or both.
