ORORO Women's Heated Gilet with Power Bank, Heated Vest Women Up to 10 Hours of Warmth (Charger Not Included)

I bought this in October, and then bought an additional battery in November so I always have one charged. It’s been a brilliant thing to have through the winter, and has helped keep heating costs down. It’s also been great for frosty mornings on a bike. I’ve recommended it to everyone that asks about it.Then, on a chilly evening a couple of weeks ago, it broke. The button wouldn’t depress and so it wouldn’t heat up. I contacted the seller via Amazon message and they responded quickly, asked for a photo of the serial number label to be sent, and then dispatched me a new one under the warranty. It came directly from China and was delivered by DHL today. I’m very pleased to have a functional garment again, and am also pleased with the very good customer service - thank you.

Well made and seems good quality material, my sister, son and and my daughter all have one of these and are very happy with them. Mine arrived today and I am very pleased with it. However Large is the biggest size and although I am finding it very snug I will keep it purely because as said they don't do a bigger one. I am a small size 18 and couldn't get it to do up over a cardigan so will have to go with long sleeve tops of which I have very few so looks like I'll be wearing long sleeved PJ tops sometimes.

I work nights and sometimes it gets a bit cold despite lots of layers. I really was quite sceptical. But when you are standing at a bus stop in the snow with bitter wind this jacket was a godsend! So easy to use.The Gillet itself is bulkier but it does as stated . Good bit of warmth on it's own and if needed you have the heated option. Battery charges and is fully charged when all 4 dots lights up. Looks like a mobile phone adapter/charger. Sizing. I am a good 14-16 So I would say the gillet is 43" chest. I managed a t-shirt and mini (not micro) fleece underneath. I have used for a couple of months now and I would seriously not look back. Absolutely Brilliant Love it. The heat generated gives you the same feeling when relaxing in a warm bath. I did think expensive but it is worth every penny. Hopefully the cost will get less because that to me was the only negative. Heated pockets, back of neck and across back of lungs. Super for anyone with pain in those areas aswell. My electric blanket was my no1 christmas present a few years back. This gillet was my no1 christmas present this year. To myself xxx NOTE: Press long button until red it flashes or comes and goes. from this situ it will just go onto med setting white. when white choose your setting.just press once you will get blue coolest setting.press again you will get white. press again you will get red permanently. Important to know this. longer press to put on or off. short press to get each setting in turn. Red is warmest. I always wear outdoors with jacket incase rains. If wearing indoors you might want turtle neck type jumper as the heat settings can get pretty hot at base of neck. If I am outdoors you can leave top layer open and access pockets to keep hands warm. Purchased last Year .

Bought for my wife 5 months ago after doing some research and not opting for a cheaper version. She was really please until last week, the plug in part of the battery fell into the case so unable to charge. Unfortunately I cannot contact the seller to get a replacement (FOC hopefully).Managed to contact the seller who sent a replacement out FOC. Great comms and excellent customer service. After being really annoyed and not wanting to recommend them I’ve absolutely changed my mind and would 100% recommend

We are very impressed with the garment ! Fits great, my wife is a 10 top and the medium is perfect.The warmth is really cosy, just what she needed, when it gets chilly but not enough for the heating :)I do think it is a little expensive, but hopefully it will last well past its gaurantee time ?I am certainly pleased with the purchase.

I liked the style and the battery was small. The product suits an average shape. As I have a larger bust it was a bit tight at the top.It looks stylish and was not bulky. I have recommended it to friends.

What I love: it definitely does keep me warm - I tried it on a walk today and it certainly made a difference (it's 2 degrees out there). The heating round the neck is particularly good. If sitting in a chair, I can really feel the back pads keeping my back warm. It lasts for about 3 hours, if fully charged.What I don't like: I can't seem to change the heat setting - it's either on or off. I assume I have it on high as it lasts about 3 hours. It doesn't feel too hot! Also, the heating pads that are supposed to keep your hand warm when they're in the pockets are not well placed. Instead of just having my hands in my pockets, I have to sort of raise them higher within the pocket. Although that keeps my hands nice and warm, it's not particularly comfortable.Overall, I'm keeping this product. As I said, it does keep me warm. It's just a lot more basic than I would have expected, given the price and the high-end packaging.

Bought for an elderly relative who is delighted with it. Real quality item, breathes quality and heats up well. Should last a long time. Only quibble is the expense of additional batteries - it would be useful to have more than one, for when the one that comes with the jacket needs recharging. But not at this price! Would rather buy a coat as well and use the battery that comes with that. Perhaps the maker could reconsider its pricing on the spare batteries. I can't think they sell many. However, don't let that put you off buying a great product at a reasonable price.
