Such a great product for every day performance
This was my first time trying it but i heard so many good things about it before i purchased it . I would totally recommend. I have felt a difference in my mood , sleep quality and strength throughout the day.

Restful sleep!
It works to promote a good night’s sleep with just one capsule a half hour before bed. I suppose if someone is big, two would work better.I use another product from this company — a probiotic and cranberry capsule. It seems to be effective as I was around a lot of sick people with different kinds of infections that got transmitted to others and only got sick once. Of course, though my diet, exercise routine and other factors, obviously, helped, too! … The company, overall, seems good and I will continue to use its products!

Good Quality potent Kava
This is one of the better quality and higher mg of Kava I've had, I love that it has no filler ingredients. I take it at night to help mellow me out so that I can sleep easier. This is my new brand for sure.

Calming down from my day

Not kava, kava people beware!
Have zero idea what this is but it definitely IS NOT KAVA, especially an extract.. Doesnt have the peppery smell, actually doesn't have much of a scent at all, something is way off, also does literally nothing, also gave me bad stomach problems . It was worth a try with the 25% discount but not again... I tried up to 6 at a time and that just made stomach problems worse and again did nada... So kava people, beware.. If you want to try natrol or kava 6, those are true extracts, pricier but actual kava extracts

Not a great product
Didn't have much of a effect on me. I believe the liquid kava is the best value for the money.
