The texture of this pasta would make you believe you are eating fresh pasta, but the difference lays in the high protein, vitamins and less carbs than traditional pasta. I highly recommend either of these flavors, I am moving onto the red roasted pepper next! These were aweful

DELICIOUS!!! ChickieP'S egg noddles were very good and this is the second one I have tried. The basil and Italian parsley is YUMMY!! I would never know it was Gluten free did not have that strange texture that most GF pasta has. MUST TRY!! Can't wait to try the other flavors.
