The mic frequency will automatically adjust itself. No need to look for the right frequency.

I believe so. I have 2 operating without problem at the same location. I do not recall a frequency adjustment so it must be automatic. There may be an upper count limit. Ask the manufacturer.

Can three single wms40 mini vocal set be operate at the same time without conflicts frequency or channel?

As long as they are all different ABCD bands of this model. I have three for my wedding DJ setup and I run ABC bands with absolutely no interference. Have been doing this for about 3 years now. No dropouts up to about 100 feet line of sight and no failures yet. I even have to AKG's from 20 years ago I use as well if needed for lavalier applications that still work perfectly. Big AKG fan here.

La verdad es que AKG es muy buena marca,pero me lleve una sorpresa con este modelo de micrófono me salió defectuoso no sé si sea este modelo en especial o que sucedió?...al tener la señal del micrófono off me generaba una estática molesta aún con el volumen cerrado y me marcaba rojo como si lo tuviera con un exceso de volumen y al poner en Open el micrófono desaparecía el ruido lo cual no es agradable trabajar con un equipo asi que tengas que tener siempre prendido para que no te genere ruidos extraños... Opte por devolverlo y no llevarme más sorpresas
