very poor quality (way too thin). Also there is no arch support as one has been lead to believe. You'd be better off buying a name brand than these inserts.

soft and fit me well
After the proper trimming, they fit right into my shoes. The feeling of the inserts was comfortable. They are soft and wouldn't give blisters after long term use. They weren't stiff kind of hard and wouldn't hurts your knees . My only complaint with the inserts is that It was a bit thin. However, I know that maybe this complaint is probably more of a personal preference.So far, so good.

Very good item for the price
I love to using them because they were easy to cut, cushioned my feet and made them more comfortable. The only drawback I noticed was that they were a little thicker than I expected, but it do not make my shoes too tight .Overall the was a good product. It met my requirements and worked as it stated.

Meager arch support. No "deep heel cup" :(
Description says " prevent arch deformation" yet product has almost zero arch support. Description of "deep heel cup" is false. Got a free return using the inaccurate web description for reason.
