Trying to build suspense looses coherence
Illustration is fine but the author tries to put a lot of "suspense" in the beginning of each chapter that you loose coherence between almost every chapter's end and the next one's beginning.

A Prized possession , True justice given to an epic
A Prized possession , Best gift from author & Illustrator to kids . Story is lucid , Pictures are engaging. Both of my sons highly enjoyed it . They were able to recognise all characters easily. Highly recommended.

A great read for 7 years old
My 7 year old kid loves reading this. We got this when she was 6 and I had to read it to her first, but she enjoys it so much that she wants to read it by herself and this becomes a go to book for her when I ask her to choose a book to read. Some of the words (especially names) are difficult for her still but she follows the story well, remembers all the characters and really seems to enjoy this one.
