Excellent Tablet!
Wife was banging on about getting a new Ipad (waste of money since I knew she'd barely use it). Thankfully managed to find one of these for less than half the price! Despite being "refurbished" it was absolutely pristine and has worked brilliantly. Screen is clear and bright and battery life decent. Does everything you could ask. No complaints at all other than it has no display output. Recommended!

Good value
Wanted a tablet after I gave up on them after 2 Pixel tablets died. After that, didn't want to spend £££, so went for this Fire HD 10+. First refurbed I've ever had. Came in a nicely packaged box which made it look all brand new. Followed the various online guides and sideloaded Play. All good, although I got confused initially between Fire OS version and Android version. Fire OS is 11, but Android is 9. The apks are different.Anyhoo, all good. Bought it with the keyboard, extra 128GB micro SD, and plugged in my wireless mouse. All working fine.Effectively, got a 160Gb mini laptop with tablet option for £133.Well pleased.

Brilliant!!!
I bought this to replace a normal HD10 as I moved that to my kitchen on a wall mount. This HD10 Plus just seems so much smoother, quicker, more vibrant than my old HD10. Arrived in pefect condition, you cannot tell that it isn't new. Saved a load on it by buying certified refurbished and also in the black friday sale too. Absolutely over the moon with it.

Home Assistant Panel? It can do that
Was looking for a 10" tablet to use as a home assistant panel in my living room. Was originally looking at the new Google tablet with charging dock but at over £600 and some pretty average reviews, I went down the amazon fire route. After a bit of research, the fire 10 HD was the one that was recommended to use if wanting to use Home Assistant. The next decision was to buy new or reconditioned. I went for the latter in the end purely based on the fact that this tablet will pretty much only be used as an information panel for HA and is not going to get heavy usage.Once the tablet arrived and going through the initial setup, I installed the fully kiosk browser onto the tablet via Amazon Silk. Easily went through the setup process for this and once you tweek the settings, can have your HA frontend panel displayed, loaded from boot and also utilise the front camera to act as motion detection so your panel will display when you walk up to it.Things I like about the tablet :-Screen is great for my purpose. As I said, this tablet is not being used as an Internet browser or for games and have seen other reviews stating that screen brightness is an issue but for what I need it to do, it is fine. Automatic screen brightness adjustment works perfectly for me if I trigger the motion in daylight or darkness with levels to suit the conditions.I also bought the wireless charging dock for my tablet and this kills 2 birds with 1 stone for me. I have a tablet displayed perfectly and keeps the tablet charged at the same time.Things I don't like :-Amazon software. This seems to be a deal killer for a lot of people and I can see why. Most people who are looking at these tablets are used to android/google software and want the same experience. Amazon's app store, silk browser etc feel like cheap copies of these and have nowhere near the same amount of apps available out of the box. Yes you can sideload google play store onto it quite easily with a few downloads and there are plenty of tutorials on how to do this but many will be put off buying these tablets purely by this.I did have an issue myself when sideloading google play store onto my tablet when my on screen keyboard just suddenly disappeared and I had to do a factory reset.Adverts. This version came with the advertisement on lock screen built in. To have to pay £10 to remove this option is such an annoyance after spending £180 to buy a new product. We are bombarded with adverts in everything we do online and this is really nothing more than an extra charge from Amazon and something that spoils your tablet experience when all you see is adverts for their latest products instead of your screensaver/photos etc.OverallA great priced tablet compared to most out there. If you are happy with amazon software or confident enough to do the google switch, this tablet is great for everyday use as a browser or light gaming. Is it the best quality screen or longest battery life? No but they cost 3 or 4 times the price or more. This is not for heavy work productivity. If looking for a good home assistant panel at a reasonable cost, this is brilliant.

Fairly quick.
I have a fairly rapid NUC computer with enormous 4K screen, but wanted something a bit less power hungry for the lounge, now I have such a thing! It is fairly easy and intuitive to set up and is fast enough for me. I have not delved into all the settings, but made text a bit bigger. It arrived in pristine condition, with charger, cables and handy guide. I need to get to know it a little better, but I am delighted with it so far. If it subsequently explodes, I will be back bleating about it!

Perfect gift for 6 year old
I was a bit sceptical of the warehouse products but this one has changed my mind. Perfect quality and battery life. Great screen quality and brightness. Hours of fun for little kids. Amazon store is similar to the Play Store with really great applications for kids. One thing I suggest is to get a rugged protection cover if being used by kids as you will not regret that extra spend in future.

UI looks like 2009
Why is this running on such an old version of Android? It looks like Android Gingerbread from 10 years ago. It doesn't even support gesture navigation - you know, the thing that's been standard since 2017.You can buy a much more modern look device for the same money, that doesn't look decades old. I don't understand why one of the richest software companies in the world has skimped on software. Try harder, Amazon.
