Very solid construction, not flimsy and bite on dumbbell tight
This is a very well made product. Perfect for progressive overload especially those lateral raises. I was stuck on 20kg and can’t go to 22.5kg for the longest time. Now I can use this to slowly reach my goal. Most importantly it is well made, when attached to dumbbell it ain’t shaky or moving when I do my workout. And the thinness is great without impending my hand when I am holding on the dumbbells

Perfect for building strength!
These weights have been great for my strength training! It is nice to up my weight by a few pounds instead of a large 5-pound jump. It allows individuals to safely build more strength!

Useful!
These worked out really well, so I’m going to buy another pair to complete the set. Our condo gym doesn’t have in-between sizes in the dumbbells: the increases are all by five pounds, so I needed something that would fill in the gaps. They go on easily, stay on, and also work on the cable machine.
