Highly recommend had a total knee replacement and I use at home on days I don’t have physical therapy. This is very similar to the massage cream used by the physical therapists. Not greasy. I will purchase again as I have the other knee replacement in a few months. Has helped to keep scar tissue almost to a minimum.

Really great when you need a traction during those deep tissue release or trigger points treatment. Just need to use a bit. Non greasy. No fragrance. Great product. Small bottle great to carry around, too when I need to be on the go.

Super smooth, lasts on the skin a while and does not get absorbed like lotion. I use this with silicone cupping jars for therapy and it works great.

Have been using it to massages and also for guasha scrapping. The cream holds up well and does not dry out quickly, so you don't have to use so much of it. Even though it is without scent, the gentle scent of the ingredients does help with calming.
