The diameter is 21 inches and the height is 13 inches.

Is the stuffing provided?

No, but they're totally worth the price. I gave one to my daughter and kept one. I stuffed mine with 15 lbs of shredded memory foam and some old clothes I was going to get rid of. They're high quality, genuine leather, and beautiful.

How tall are these once stuffed?

Fully stuffed, they are 30 to 35 can tall. Hope this helps
