Warning!! The product caused a non-emergent allergic reaction! The product arrived as expected - sealed perfectly in the packaging. I applied it at bedtime as directed but woke the next morning with severe swelling and redness around both my eyes. Considering this was the only new product that I had applied, it was safe to assume that this was the cause. I contacted Amazon immediately and notified them of the issue and received a prompt refund. I gave the product a 5 star review because 1. I don’t want to assume that everyone would have the same reaction. 2. The product went on very smoothly and felt great - very hydrating. 3. The return process was super easy. That being said, try at your own risk! ⚠️

I’ve been testing out this multi-balm for a little over a week, and the format is super convenient for a quick swipe-and-go routine around my eyes and smile lines. It gives an instant dewy, hydrated look and glides on smoothly without feeling overly heavy, making it great for on-the-go touch-ups. Just keep in mind that if you have extremely dry skin, you might need a good base moisturizer underneath so it doesn't look patchy, and don't expect miracles on deep wrinkles overnight since it’s primarily for surface hydration and temporary plumping. Overall, it's a total win if you want a travel-friendly way to lock in moisture and keep fine lines looking softer throughout the day!

This is my third purchase of this eye cream, and overall, I’m quite impressed. It delivers on its promises, helping to reduce the appearance of fine lines, providing a subtle lifting effect, and diminishing under-eye bags. My skin feels firmer and looks more refreshed after consistent use, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn’t leave a greasy residue, making it perfect for both morning and nighttime routines. However, there’s one significant drawback that prevents me from giving this product a full five stars: the packaging. At this price point, I expect to be able to use every last bit of the product, but unfortunately, that’s not the case. The tube design makes it nearly impossible to access all the cream, and a considerable amount gets stuck inside, wasting product and money. It’s frustrating to know that I’m not getting the full value because of this design flaw. If the brand could address this problem—perhaps by switching to a more user-friendly container or including a tool to help scoop out the remaining product—it would be a near-perfect product. For now, I’ll continue using it for its performance, but I hope the packaging improves.

Product split and falls out of tube. Approximately 2 weeks after I started using this, the product split neatly in half. It also started falling out of the tube whenever used. The sad thing is, I believe this product really works but the flaw in the product design, is enough to keep me from purchasing again

This multi balm has become one of my skincare favorites! It’s hydrating, easy to apply, and leaves my skin looking dewy and refreshed. I love using it on my under eyes, face, and neck for an instant moisture boost. Perfect for keeping in your purse or while traveling!

I don’t recommend. It’s causing me to have chemical burns. At first, I thought it was user error because I admittedly used it in conjunction with adapelene. I woke up the next morning and my face was on fire, I was swollen, red, itchy and burning literally all over. I’ve been using adapelene for a while so my first thought and google search was can I use them together.. no, no you can not. So I told myself I had caused my own chemical burn, I’ll let it heal, then rotate the two products every other night. I wish I had gotten a picture but again I figured it was user error And that brings us to this morning. I only used the retinol stick under my eyes last night and cerave moisturizer for everywhere else. I woke up with burns again. Much less severe than the first time, but still hot, red, itchy and burning. My right eyelid is also a bit puffier than usual as well. I’ve attached a picture. For anyone experiencing a burn, use a fragrance free cleanser, apply a cold rag to your face for at least 10-15 minutes, use aloe, aquaphor or anything unscented, and don’t use any products again except sun screen in the daytime until you are fully healed.

I’ve used a few calcium sticks and this one works nicely. It moisturizes and gives a hydrating feeling while improving skin appearance and it’s a plus that it’s affordable🌸✨

My wife has been using another under-eye product for years, but unfortunately, it disappeared from the market. As anyone who has been married for a while knows, when your wife finds a product she loves and it suddenly becomes unavailable, this becomes a household emergency. After trying several other products, she gave this Retinol Eye Balm Stick a shot. Three weeks later, I got the official husband’s report: “I really like this one.” And trust me, that is a five-star review in our house. She has noticed a difference with the bags under her eyes and the appearance of her crow’s feet, and she really likes the texture. She also loves the stick applicator, which makes it easy to apply without getting cream all over your fingers. The small size is another bonus because it’s easy to keep in a purse or take along when travelling. After trying quite a few alternatives, she’s finally found one she feels can replace her old favourite. She’s happy with the results and has already decided this is going to be her new go-to eye product. As her husband, I’m just happy the search is over. Happy wife, fewer beauty-product reviews for me to participate in. Everybody wins. Definitely five stars from both of us!
