Bad batch again! This happened a few years ago where the dye part was not liquid any more and stringy and didn't always come out of the dispenser. The last reviewer probably didn't have any effect as he was just using the shampoo part (that comes out of the right nozzle) as I had to run warm water over the bottle for the dye to even come out as it had solidified (it is usually completely liquid but this bad batch has a more solid dye which stops it coming out). It may still work like this but it prevents it coming out of the dispenser. I'm not sure if it's a different formula or storage conditions that turned it like this. One year it was impossible to get a good version (also always avoid the one with the white shampoo part as it should be clear or slightly yellow transparent liquid as the other version stains too much and isn't as good at dying either and gives an orangish tint to grey hair which the original one doesn't). BTW the smaller packets have always been a different formula also but are not too bad it just is more prone to staining skin.

Have to be careful when using; as usual with Chinese products instructions are so tiny written that you will miss it and you need to read them before ripping the sachet open. Open sachet slowly or cut held up, with a scissors because contents in 2 compartments needs mixing before use. Does the job but have to work on the edges of hair for full coverage. Slightly burns so if you have sensitive/ easily burnt skin…..WATCH OUT!!
