We bought this product for our first baby, we wish we had bought it sooner! The audio and video quality is just what we needed to alert us once our baby’s woken up or crying. The night time video quality is good enough to see clearly. We didn’t see the need for 4K quality, we just need to be able to see if the baby’s awake or not. The Vox feature is great and being able to adjust the sensitivity to which it’s activated by sound is great. The battery life can last for around 2-3 nights but as we mainly leave it plugged in, it’s not a problem. It’s very useful to have it mobile so we can take it with us between different rooms in the house. A key feature was also that system doesn’t connect via the cloud, Bluetooth or wireless, so great from a security perspective.Unfortunately the audio suddenly stopped working after 3 months of use. We contacted Boifun support via their admin email address to troubleshoot it. I was sceptical I’ll get a response to be honest but they responded swiftly in a very respectful and helpful tone. They provided some steps that may fix the problem which didn’t work. However, after providing some video evidence of the issue, they posted us a new replacement! And it was the newer version. It arrived the next day! The customer service was really impressive, outstanding. No complaints!We’ve only had the replacement a couple days but having Boifun’s baby monitor really helps put us back at ease, reassured it’ll do the job of a baby monitor. If you want a quality baby monitor that does the job, look no further. An excellent product.

This camera is absolutely amazing and fantastic value for the price! It works so incredibly well having a clear photo, a decent battery life, brilliant range in signal and is nice/light compact to hold. I also needed some customer service help and Boifun have been nothing short of excellent all round! I contacted by email and they were so easy to talk to and get help, and fast at responding, they solved my issue within two emails! I would recommend this camera to anyone and urge them to try it compared to other expensive cameras.

After searching around for a WiFi free monitor I was recommended this by a friend and I certainly was not disappointed! Great camera quality and good features! Room temperature feature is a huge bonus!It’s simple and does the job perfectly!Customer service have been amazing! They replaced the entire item within days when I found a fault with the screen. No stress or tension but just straight forward great customer service, which is very rare these days!So if you’re looking for a simple camera to keep an eye on your precious little ones then don’t hesitate to purchase this as it really is all you need!

We bought this baby monitor for when we have our newest grandchild stay over and, as this is an infrequent occurrence, we didn't need to spend a fortune but wanted something reliable and of reasonable quality.This unit addresses both the quality and price issues we were focussed on. It is also easy to use and, as the camera is already "connected" to the monitor, there's no complicated registration process between the operating parts. Visually the camera offers a good picture and audio response.We haven't had the opportunity to test the monitor's battery life yet (the camera always needs to be plugged in) and so we cannot comment on this.If I have any disappointment it's that the camera cannot be clipped to the cot, but needs to stand on a flat surface, from where it's then possible to angle the camera on its mounting to ensure the correct view is achieved. This may not be an issue later on as, once our grandchild is standing, we wouldn't want the camera to be fixed where it could be tampered with by the child, so maybe this is a non-point. In any event, we bought a camera mount which we will actually attach to a neighbouring piece of furniture so that we can have a good view and also keep the product away from "little hands". I'm rather surprised the seller doesn't offer to bundle a flexible camera mount with their camera - we would have bought the two items together (rather than searching on Amazon for a suitable mount).

This product was pretty good to begin with. The display was clear to see baby, night vision was also very clear and the sound was good quality, perfect for what we needed. Unfortunately the monitor stopped turning on straight away and got worse over time. I activated the warranty that came with the product and the Boifun cuatomer service team were extremely helpful. They were responsive and when they understood the product was faulty they sent another for next day delivery. This product is a slightly different model which has improved functions and we are extremely happy with it. It has a zoom in function and the battery life is also better.
