Excellent Add-On – Makes Diagnostics Easier and Safer
I picked up this Foxwell OBD2 extension cable to go along with my NT301 scanner, and it’s been a great addition to my toolkit. The cable is well-made and flexible, with solid connectors on both ends that plug in securely with no looseness or glitches. What I love most is that it gives me extra reach and room to maneuver while scanning—no more awkwardly trying to read the screen while hunched under the dash. It also helps reduce wear and tear on the vehicle’s original OBD2 port by acting as a buffer. That’s a big plus, especially when you scan multiple vehicles or use the tool frequently. It works perfectly with my Foxwell NT301 and should be compatible with any 16-pin OBD2 scanner. If you want to protect your tools and make diagnostics more convenient, this cable is 100% worth it.

Works as advertised
My scan tool (not just a code reader) uses a hard-wired interface so this extension cord lets me place the scanner under the hood while I test things. Very handy. It's made out of lightweight materials, particularly the cable itself so I'm not sure how well it would hold up to commercial shop work but for a retired, casual mechanic like me, it's just fine. At the very low price point, a commercial mechanic could keep several on the shelf.Recommended.

Yes it plugs in just as it should and operates as expected but BEWARE! The color of the product is horrendous and off putting. What kinda B's black is this cable!? Total eye sore
