I love that it doesn't leak
I love that it doesn't leak. I love that water goes back into it easily (and fairly quickly). Both my dogs drink out of it well. It would get 5 stars if it were a bit bigger. It's fairly small but works well for my Pomeranian. If you have a bigger breed, it likely won't last too long. The other thing that took a star off is the carrying loop. It's not large enough to fit around an average sized woman's wrist, so it makes it very awkward to carry. You could always get a clip or carry it in a backpack, but I just walk and tend to carry the water, and it's a pain with this one because there's no way it's fitting over your wrist. Everything else in this is so well thought out, including the filter. Having a wrist carrier that's larger with the slider to adjust for your wrist would be a huge help. The hole is pretty small to thread through, so I am not sure an aftermarket one would fit.

Great Bottle, 4 Stars for Size of Reservoir
Nice sturdy bottle. Good bowl concept. Sleek and streamlined for easy carrying. Easy to use and I really like that there's a carbon filter and it comes with extras. The water can also flow back into the bottle so you don't have to dump it out if the dog isn't thirsty and waste any. Easy to clean. My only complaint is that the reservoir itself is rather small. My 11lb min pin drank half of it in only 15 minutes at the park and had to share it with my 100lb pitbull. I suppose you could refill it if there were water spigots nearby, but if you're out running or biking or hiking, you'd either have to find a larger bottle to fit the lid or carry extra for the dog. But overall, I like this bottle a lot. There are no moving parts to break and it's a pretty tough plastic. It would fit nicely in a backpack drink pocket or inside a day pack. Lightweight. And comes with a wrist strap. I'd buy it again.

Works perfectly with no leaking
I love this water bottle for taking walks with my Labrador retriever puppy and carrying it to the beach for swimming as it keeps the water clean and not sandy. My puppy figured out how to use it right away and she has no problem drinking from it. I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. The carrying strap is right where the dog drinks from and she thinks the strap is a toy and tries to play with the strap instead of drinking her water at times. Also I wish the water chamber offered a larger size so you could carry more water along. The water bottle does not leak at all even when you do not have it in the lock position which is great if you forget to lock it and throw it into a bag with other things.

Have this new water bottle for about a week - and it's very nice. I bought it especially because I can use one hand to dispense the water while holding the leash with the other hand. (Unlike my old bottle with cap and collapsible bowl). It's well made and looks like it will last a long time. Our dog finds it easy to drink from, but the narrow drinking trough does make him slop a little more water on the ground than our old collapsible bowl. Even so, the only reason I didn't give it 4 stars is that it would be better for us if the bottle was larger and would hold more water. For our 100-pound shepherd, it doesn't hold enough for more than a half-hour walk.Overall a great product and I'm happy with the purchase!

Perfect way to provide water to your pup while hiking! Molly likes it!!
This is the second LC-dolida Dog Water Bottle I have purchased. And I don't own a dog! A few years ago I bought this for my niece and her husband who go on frequent (sometimes daily) hikes with their lovely dog Molly. They love it. The rubber gasket on the first one was leaking after years of constant use and they liked it so much they asked me where I found it. Of course, I immediately ordered another bottle to be sent to them. When a product works, we should spread the word!!

Love
I love this product, and so does my (fur) baby! I’ve had it for a few months now, and get compliments on it. It’s easy to carry around, and fits well into my “walking bag.” My dog loves using this, and honestly I think he prefers it over his water bowl. He’s a medium size dog (West Highland Terrier), so it holds enough water for him. It’s convenient that I am able to put the water back in so none is wasted, and I love the fact it comes with a filter so none of his dirt or backwash is there for him to drink. I just recently noticed that theres a lock on the button. I don’t use the feature often, but it’s handy if you are worried about it possibly spilling/leaking!

Nice idea but it's not so perfect for our bulldog
Nice idea but it's not so perfect for our bulldog. The opening for the water where the dog drinks is actually not that big. This would be good for a small dog but not so ideal for a medium or large dog. My bulldogs tongue just barely fits in there so it's a tight fit. Also, the other big issue is the bottle is quite small. Overall it's a large tall item but the container portion for water isn't so big. I couldn't use this to go on an extended walk because it would run out of water.Other than these issues, it's a well built item that has a solid feel and works well

Too small of a container.. but it's good for certain types of dogs.
I am lucky that it works well for my 2 dogs as they are small and they can get their tongues in the mouth to lap the water. However, the amount of water one can carry is very limited. It should allow for 16 ounces of water at least. And there should be variations in the type of mouth. Wider mouth for dogs who have flat faces or simply larger faces. I'm also wondering if they sell the filters individually. You can attach a handle to carry it, but that's cheaply made. It will be the first thing to break and who knows how the bottle will handle the fall when it does. Be careful, try and not rely on it. Suffice to say, it's a great idea, but the product needs refinement. Once the water is out, it's not coming back in, so, there is also that, which is why a larger container would be better as well. But I guess that the more your use it and you know your dog's intake, the more you can figure out the optimal amount to trickle into the mouth.

Very convenient
Great product. If you have medium to large dogs you may need to refill it - I keep a large jug of water in the car to refill it with.
