Im getting this again and giving as a gift
Im a size zero and they still almost cut off my circulation in some areas and i got an xs. I like these a lot and are more like a tight second skin, then a shaper. If you fit their shape perfectly it will lift you. I ended up ordering 3 more pairs because they are so comfy when on and you break it in like a waist trainer to customize.Overall i am happy with the quality but this is better for yoga and pilates then wait lifting because they are low rise
