I've been using Listerine Total Care Mild Mint Alcohol-Free Mouthwash for a while now, and it's become part of my daily routine. I love how fresh and clean my mouth feels after using it. It does a great job of getting rid of that bad morning breath. While the the best thing in the world, it's mild enough that it's more than tolerable. After all, it's mouthwash. I wasn't expecting it to taste like candy. The mild mint flavor is definitely easier to handle than some stronger mouthwashes, and being alcohol-free means it doesn't give that intense burning/stinging sensation. It's strong enough to feel like it's working without being uncomfortable. The real test for me is that my wife regularly comments on how fresh my breath smells, which is a pretty good sign that it's doing its job. For effectiveness alone, this gets a 5 out of 5. If you're looking for a mouthwash that leaves your mouth feeling clean and helps keep bad breath under control without the harsh burn, this is an easy recommendation.

This wipes everything out your mouth, it makes your mouth feel so clean. But I will not lie if you eat after your food will taste a bit odd and when you drink water. But it goes away after u eat. The taste isn’t too strong either if you have sensitive teeth.

One small note: it’s best not to say it replaces brushing, since mouthwash isn’t a substitute for brushing your teeth. Saying it “helps freshen your breath until you can brush” is both accurate and more credible.

I chose this brand and formulation based on Consumer Labs review. I use it after flossing but before brushing. It has far less fluoride than does my toothpaste but works to keep my teeth and gums healthy in a way my toothpaste does not. I do not rinse after brushing to keep as much fluoride as possible on my teeth. I thought the price here was good but was surprised at the size difference when compare to the bottles I bought at a member warehouse. Calculations show that the price here is three times I what I paid for the larger bottles.

I accidentally bought the mild tasting one. It does what it says it will but I missed the sensation of my mouth being on fire, that tells me the alcohol are waging war on the germs in my mouth and annihilated them. Still, it's a refreshing taste, not too much of an aftertaste. A little expensive but it seems like every name brand product is taking advantage of inflation, so whatever. The original Listerine is still my go to but I'll settle for this if I ever have to.

She didn't like Listerine as it tastes bad and burns her mouth. Not this one. The mild taste and no alcohol won her over. I still get the benefits of a good mouthwash and she now will use the same one I do. That's a win.

Use this to keep your teeth healthy between brushes. It helps to clean between teeth and protect them with Fluoride. It also is supposed to help keep your gums healthy. I use it every day and it seems to work well. I also like this version as it does not have alcohol (or at least has a lot less than the normal version), so it is more pleasant to use.

Simplemente me encanta! No arde ya que no tiene alcohol; deja la boca super limpia y fresca. De los enjuagues listerine, es el que más me gusta. Recomendadisimo!
