Seems effective
I bought a small pack to see if it would deal with some bad limescale in our bathroom. It has removed some but obviously needs another go or two. I will give it another try.Next time I will buy a larger pack - I note that Evri have not confirmed the delivery or asked for feedback this time. They would have received 1* as the driver rammed the package through our letterbox, destroying the packaging inside so we lost some product when we opened it and I had to rush to find something to put it in!

It works
Used this on my hot tub, the pump stopped working due to scale build up (hard water area), cleared the scale in under 15 minutes with the closed loop tube for the pump unit.Definitely keeping some handy.

Good enough for hot and cold water machines.
