Nice
If you wanna store your mattress or put them in a small car, this is the product to buy. It worked great and you could use it again.

Works as advertised!
Worked like a charm!!! Exactly what you would expect. The zip-lok zipper seal works great. The bag itself is fairly heavy duty. We purchased a small 3hp Stanley shop vac to suck all the air from the bag/mattress. Took about 8 minutes or so to suck the 12" thick mattress down to about 2-3" thick. After vacuuming it down, we rolled the mattress the long way and though it required three people to roll it tightly, we ended up with a roll about 16" in diameter. The four velcro straps work well to hold it into a roll. We were shipping this mattress cross country in UBox from U-Haul. As a precaution, we wrapped the rolled mattress in one of the supplied shipping blankets. Looking forward to seeing how it survives the time/trip. Due out here in about two weeks...

Does that it should mostly
Gave this 4 stars cause I didn't expect a lot out of it and ran into a couple quality issues along the way. 1. The zipper piece was missing the plastic thing that would help close the bag. Not a hindrance to using it, just a little annoying to close manually. 2. Not sure if the bag had a bad seal or I made a hole somewhere, but it leaked. I was able to get it folded up and secured before it expanded again. 3. The straps used to secure it are decent enough for a 1 time use. One strap busted at the seam between the pokey side and the soft side. Wasn't a huge deal as 4 straps were provided so I made due with 3 of them and they held up just fine. (I added some rope I had just to make sure in case those busted as well) 4. The bag is bigger by about 6-10inches than the bed itself. This was incredibly helpful as I was loading the bed into this by myself and not having to struggle a ton with it was nice. 5. The plastic is pretty thick, but didn't strike me as durable enough to actually load a mattress in, lug it around during a move, and not make a hole in it (supposing this is where the straps come in handy.) 6. It took me about 30-45 min to fully suction the bed down. Assuming a portion of this time was due to a leak somewhere, not bad for a king size bed. Overall it got the job done and for a semi reasonable $30. I'd buy again if needed.

Not just for beds. Think outside the box. I used for my sofa too.
I was hesitant on using these for my move. Price was not an issue. I was just unsure this would work and if they would really hold up. The quality was much better than I expected. When I started doing my first hybrid mattress (coils springs and foam) every time I thought I was almost finished and got all the air out it would just keep shrinking. It took about 8-10 minutes to seal. Make sure you check the seal 2 or 3 times and verify it's snapped closed. It states that it's not designed for coil type mattresses, but it worked very well for me. The plastic is durable and thick and rolled easier than I thought. I was able to move my whole split king bed myself using my small car. It stayed sealed for days and opened really easy. I actually used these for my entire sofa too.

Did not do what it was supposed to do.
Have a full size mattress, nothing special about it but the bag was very hard to put on. Once we got it on and closed was fine. Rolled it up and secured it nice and tight. This morning went to remove it from my SUV and the entire thing opened up and the mattress is now stuck in my car. We had to move things from my mother in laws apartment, 4 hours away, as she passed away. My SUV was jammed packed. So needless to say when we went out this morning to unload my vehicle and found the mattress opened and jammed into my car, I'm not to pleased. I ordered this one before for another mattress and it worked fine, that the reason why I ordered another one. Very disappointed. On top of that the delivery was late as well. Not happy at all.

Completely SURPASSED Our Expectations!
After carefully reading all of the reviews, I came to the conclusion that this was (1) hit or miss, (2) required extra help and/or (3) the seal could fail.. but decided it was worth a shot. We were MORE than pleasantly surprised at how well this worked! We had a brand new, hybrid-type mattress (part springs, part foam) that we couldn't bear to sell because we didn't have room for it... so I bought this in the event it was our last hope to keep the mattress & move it to the new location. Here's what I can tell you about our experience: 1. It is extremely easy to use - we opted to use our portable shop vac (vs our regular vacuum cleaner) - and it worked brilliantly... effortlessly, actually. 2. It began to deflate quickly and evenly - but we could hear the springs from the mattress making a lot of noise as they were compressed. This ended up to be "nothing" - and thankfully is not a concern. But you will hear them making a "popping" sound during the decompression process. 3. Once deflated/decompressed, it rolled up SO EASILY. And while I had help - I believe 1 person could take this on "solo". The hard part will be after rolling up - trying to get the straps around it... read #4 for more info. 4. One thing we didn't do but wish we had done - was lay out the straps, on the ground, BEFORE rolling.. so that while you roll, you can roll right over the evenly placed straps - and then secure them. If you do this - it will save you a lot of cussing. :) This is also the BEST way for those trying to do this solo to get the straps on. 5. I'm convinced this will work on just about any mattress that - when you purchased it - was shipped to you decompressed and vacuum packed to begin with. 6. Will NOT work with regular, standard spring mattresses that you did not purchase in this type of packaging to begin with. This is worth the money.. highly recommend.

Great idea but needs more thought
I liked the idea of the cover, it seemed durable enough and would hold our king size mattress topper adequately. However, it is difficult to get the topper into the cover. This was kind of expected though, our topper is a foam material. The challenging part came when trying to suck the air out of the bag with the vacuum. There is only 1 valve and it is difficult if not impossible to get all the air out. The side of the cover with the valve deflates but because air is still left in the other side it is quite lopsided. The valve is on the bottom right or left, I don't remember which. When rolling the cover up, it is difficult because air is still trapped inside. I do like the 4 straps provided, most others only give 3. This is a great idea, if 2 valves were on the cover this would have worked much better.

Cumple con lo prometido
Incluye clips para cerrar la bolsa porque si vas con los dedos tarda una eternidad. Logre comprimir mi colchón en 15 minutos con una aspiradora normal.

Awesome
Was struggling to work out how I was going to move a queen size memory foam mattress and this does the trick. sucked it up flat and was able to roll it up to an easy to carry size One tip: think about how much work your vaccuum cleaner motor is doing while sucking out air as I burnt mine out pushing it too far. You could give it a rest every few minutes and it would work just as well but I pushed mine too far. So don't do that. Other tip: Make sure you strap it up after rolling the mattress up. I accidentally ripped my bag half way through the move but the straps prevented the mattress from inflating again. So they are a life saver.

Perfect!
This is perfect for what I was looking for. The size is big to accommodate even a bigger mattress than I have. Rolls nicely and hides great in the corner.
