A seriously sharp knife with a comfortable and solid handle. The blade, at 10", is longer than our previous breadknife and this is a bonus as you can saw through large loaves without the tip snagging on the crust. It's the best breadknife I've used and seems almost cheap compared to bigger name brands. Mind your fingers though!

Liegt gut in der Hand, hat die richtige länge für ein richtiges Bauernbrot und kein Problem mit der Kruste. Bei ersten Anschnitt so überrascht gewesen das der erst Finger schon gelitten hat. Ist wirklich Scharf. Wie lange wird man sehen.
