Scrapbooking for my children
It is beautiful. I started working on the project yesterday. I had previously began picking out the photos for it. I like to glue stars to the scrapbook portion. If you’re in to making gifts for others with photos telling the real stories. Living memories to share with others. It’s beautiful. Durable. Well organized. The leather binder makes it high quality.

Versatile journal/scrapbook, though does not close very securely
I bought this journal specifically for a family road trip through the Pacific NW this summer because I knew we'd be wanting to chronicle our adventures in Forks, WA, Astoria, OR and all of the fun Twilight/Goonies/etc. sites along the way. Things I love about this journal/scrapbook: The leather is nice. It does not feel flimsy at all. The paper pages are sturdy so I have been able to attach photos with photo corners and we have also been able to have our family members journal on those pages. I love that there are pages for holding 4x6 photos, as well. The photo pages are very sturdy and having both paper pages and the photo pages really makes this the perfect type of journal/scrapbook for chronicling our family's adventures. Things I do not like about this journal/scrapbook: The way it is held by thin leather straps for closing and the charms attached. While the charms are cute, they make a lot of noise when you are holding or carrying the journal and they make it difficult for the book to be stored in a bookshelf with other books or albums. All in all, I am happy with this journal. It is still really cute and you could probably cut off the charms or secure it a different way to make it close more securely. Good journal/scrapbook for the price.

Great buy!
Great photo album, plenty of room for standard pictures, the tabs and blank pages make it easy to scrapbook and write down dates/places/memories/notes. The only down side is tying off the leather string. It depends on which direction you start, but it doesn't always land in the middle.
