Aevdor 8x10 Photo Album 2 Pack, 68 Photos Each, Plastic Cover, Black

I’m going through old boxes and came across a box of old letters from the early days when I was young. I remember when we used to actually handwriting letters. I am using this photo album to put the letters in and preserve them. This has enough sleeves to hold a lot. I am also putting in photos from that timeline. The sleeves are easy to slip the paper in. The photos do slide around a little. Especially photos that aren’t 8 X10. But they work well for my project. The outside cover is soft to the touch and looks nice. I am going to get more for my project. If you have old letters and photos and want to have your memories where you’re not having to use a digital device, then this album is just what you need. I am finally addressing the paper photo/saved ‘precious children (now adults) art’ that’s been sitting in banker boxes for decades. Pages slide in easily and can be rearranged. I’m not sure how this project will work out but it’s really helped me get started. The binding is permanent which facilitates the slim profile; space efficient. Getting the photos out of the dark and into a place where they can be seen is a vast improvement. Very pleased. If I don’t get done it won’t be these nice photos album’s fault! lol

This is a good and large photo album. As another reviewer mentioned, it is definitely NOT leather, even though it says it is. However, for the price it is right now, you shouldn't expect it to be leather. Much cheaper than at the store, and lots of spots for photos.

I use it to insert 8 x 10 photo pictures.

My big spring project is to go through the boxes and boxes of photos we have--a lot of them are in frames. They need to be sorted through and arranged into albums. Most of the photos in frames will be removed and the frames donated, and the photos also put into albums. A few of the really big ones will be hung on the walls. But this is a BIG project. We have six or seven boxes of photos. I needed more photo albums. When I saw this lovely big album with room for 152 8 x 10 photos, at a great price, I ordered immediately. 152 pockets is a lot of pockets. A page that will hold one 8 x 10 will hold lots of smaller photos, too. There should be enough room on each page, even for the 8 x 10 photos, to have a little room for a description of the people and places in the photos. The transparent pages flip open easily to place the photos. The album, itself, is black leather, and looks very elegant. It has a good feel, strong and durable front and back. I have the photos all out of the frames and boxes now, and more sorting will soon begin. Some of the photos have notes on the back regarding who and what is in the photo--this is so incredibly important. I have many photos without that information, and I know they are relatives from the early 1900's, but not who, specifically they are. So important. I am delighted with this album, and it will help make my project a little easier. I can recommend it without hesitation. It would also make a very nice gift for anyone who has physical photos to manage.

These books are quite flimsy but otherwise built just fine and seem to hold together well. But they likely won't do well on a shelf if that is where you want to store it. The sleeves are too small to fit regular 8"x11" paper, so I have no use for them. But may be good for a photo album if you don't care about a flimsy cover.

Durable! This is what we’d been looking for a while! It’s great someone had the idea expand on the traditional photo album concept and come up with this.We use this for art work drawing for the kids and let me tell you, it’s a life saver! Thank you so much to the company because we couldn’t keep up with all the pictures 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️❤️❤️❤️ please if you’re a mom, dad, grandma, grandpa or auntie, uncle or a teacher and you have your little artists giving you pictures over the years like we do, you would really appreciate and benefit from this.It’s going to keep your photos neat and organized and safe and dry. Just like a book would. It’s 8x10 and they have it wrapped in faux leather so as not to harm real animals. (I don’t mind that at all; it still looks sharp.)This does the job. Recommend it.

I need something that will last longer. These in my opinion are made out of a very light, flimsy material and do not seem durable.

Used for writings re each Granchild. Will also use for displaying small prints and paintings
