For a size 34 waist, the M4 option fits really well. Can be worn during the day as they are easy to change without the need to take your shoes and trousers off, even the M4 is not too bulky under relatively tight trousers. However, they are best for night time use and can easily hold any accidents at bay. I find pull-ups better for daytime use.

I’m really pleased with the Abena Slip Premium XL4s. They’re very comfortable and absorbent — they can easily handle a full night without much, if any, leakage. When I use them with a bed pad, I usually wake up to a dry bed. They’ve also coped well with bowel accidents without any issues. They do take a little fiddling to get into place, but this was my first time using a taped diaper, so it might just have been me getting used to them. The only downside is that the tapes aren’t very strong — they can come loose even when you stick them down properly. I’ve solved this by using a strip of white Gorilla tape along the waistband (whilst being careful to not stick to skin) and wearing net pants over the top, which keeps everything secure. I’ve even worn them to a doctor’s appointment without any embarrassment, which is great to know I don't have to try and get to a toilet. The Size is great for me, I can't find better value for money with this absorbancy level, they aren't the bulkiest I've seen, but that wouldn't bother me anyway, they are there to absorb not look discreet. Overall, I’d definitely recommend them, especially for anyone bed bound or with limited mobility. Just be prepared to reinforce the tapes a bit for a perfect fit — it’s worth it for the comfort and protection these provide.

These were heavy to wear but the protection level is definitely there and that’s the most important thing! I’d wear a lighter brand in the day and these at night. They are comfortable to wear, very snug fit and the right size (I’m size L uk 18 ) it’s extremely good quality! Better than that popular brand but just too much if you’re going out. But overall it’s good but I think for the price I want a bit more pads.

Great product comfort no issues

I bought a pack of XL4 slips from Amazon. However the tabs are not strong enough to hold the slip in place. This is an XL size, it has 2 tabs either side, they do not grip enough to hold. When you move around the slip does slip, down and you are constantly pulling them up. I tried sellotape for extra grip and it still doesnt work. I had to resort to a belt under my trousers to try and keep them up but it is uncomfortable. It seems pointless have a slip that will retain lots of fluid, if it doesnt hold anywhere near before falling down. 2 small tabs on either side is not effective on a slip with fluid weight this size. Also the tabs loose grip if you have to reposition them they rarely stick and hold. Customer service offered a nurse to talk to me about it Regards Glen.

Bought this for my long drive back from work as a precaution, they work but note they are super big which is annoying. Will definitely buy a smaller size next time.

These are super super absorbent and you don't have to worry about leakage. Will definitely be buying on a regular basis. Highly recommend.

Alles gut

This is a great comfortable choice by someone who wears on the daily. They are slim and not bulky at all, and I feel protected as I go about my day without any worry of leaks. There is a slight problem with this product that could push someone away. This is a cotton backed diaper. When they are not plastic covered, it increases the discreetness but decreases the elimination of scent that is left behind. There is a distinct urine smell upon using the product that requires even the most hydrated person to change immediately upon using the product. Aside from this, which I feel is a big problem, the quality is good and they are a great value buy for day to day use

Actually bought them for doggie pads. They are much stronger and not much difference in the price.

Estos pañales son muy buenos absorben increíble,son útiles si los vas a utilizar para largo porque efectivamente duran y son muy cómodos al tacto. No he notado ningún fallo,al contrario,he podido comprobar que es eficiente y se adapta bien a la cintura y a parte de eso también previene las fugas muy bien ya que no he tenido fugas para nada. Contiene muy bien y dura mucho lo recomiendo.
