Nice pushup board
Overall its a pretty nice pushup board. The different workouts are well labeled and its very easy to figure out what configuration goes with what type of pushup. The handles lock into place pretty securely and it does take a little bit of force to pull them out of the slots. The board folds up nicely so its easy to tuck away when you're done which definitely a plus. My main complaint with this pushup board is the price though. You can easily find this at your local wally world or five below for way cheaper.

Used it for two months, decent resuts
I have been admittingly pretty bad at doing my workouts and I had my annual military test which includes maxing out the pushups you can do in 2 minutes. In preparation, I decided to give this a try and use the workout routine (shown in the pictures, comes with the device) that it suggests, but I only did it for about two months before my test. I started out being able to to about 40 pushups in two minutes and after using this device, I ended up testing at 68 pushups in two minutes. This pushup rack has different positions to work different parts of our upper body (shoulders, chest, triceps and back). You basically pull the handles and put them into the colored slots that correspond to the color of the body part you want to focus on. Once you get the hang of pulling the handles out, it is not too difficult. The first few times are frustrating. You just need to hold the base with one hand, grab the handle with the other and pull straight up while wiggling it a little. I'm sure it will become easier as parts wear. Overall it is a nice little pushup rack that folds up easily to get out of the way. Recommended purchase!

Not sure stable but better than nothing
This is more convenient that just the floor, and more comfortable, but being that its portable it itself isnt the most stable or solidly-constructed. For the price it is pretty decent though, do recommend.

Great Push-Up Board for the Price
Very simple push-up board, easy to set up and tear down as needed. It would be nice to support more weight, as the weight limit is pretty low for some people, however it worked well for me and I can feel the different muscles being used in each position. Recommend this board for the price.

So much easier to do pushups now
I've been having trouble doing pushups thanks to strain on my wrists, but using this helps so much, now that my hands can be at an angle, and don't have to be pushed flat against the floor. Granted you're paying almost $30 to do pushups, but at least you can have variations on doing them.Pretty easy to use. Simply lay flat on the ground, and push the handles into the position you want, which is indicated on the board itself, designed to work specific parts of your chest. Can't go wrong!

Pinching hazard if not careful - specially for younger kids. Not too much of a fan of this product.
Pros:1) Several positions which target different major muscle groups.2) Easy to store.3) Alleviates stress developing in the wrist when doing push-ups.4) Relatively easy to switch positions of the bars.Cons:1) Not as comfortable as I thought.2) Feels a bit shaky and weak. I wouldn't recommend this for people above 165lbs. It feels too shaky and weak after a certain weight.3) The bars are not very comfortable to hold. While it does remove pain developing in the wrists, your palms will likely get fatigued, bruised or injured since there is no padding. They have a slightly softer polymer, but this does little to cushion the pressure transferred onto your palms. That part of the handles also catch on to lint or pet hair very easily.4) The board does not have a lock to maintain it open. It's easy to pinch your fingers if you pick it up carelessly. Consider this specially if there will be children around as the rotation is completly free so pinching can occur in both directions to those who are careless.Overall 3.4/4.0:Although changing the hand positions to predefined places is good, the board is uncomfortable. I use this for light daily exercise (such as to wake up) but would not use it for heavy work out with many sets and reps. I tried this but my palms soon became fatigued. It seemed more comfortable to do push-ups on my fists instead of the board after awhile. The polymer used does not seem too sturdy. It took my weight but didn't give off the confidence that it was sturdy under my weight. Lastly, I deduct points due to the pinching hazards of the design. It can be avoided, of course, but there's not warning of the potential which I'm not too keen on.
