Rain Barrel Upgrade Anti-Collapse Collapsible Rainwater Collection System,Portable Water Storage Tank,Garden Water Catcher(Green,50G)

Very easy to assemble. I did have to fill it about 25% with water to keep it from collapsing until we got some rain. A built-in ring around the top would prevent that. The middle spout has a defect that limits the flow to a trickle. I haven’t figured out what’s blocking it yet. Also, the lower spouts are not compatible with a standard garden hose, which is inconvenient. I’m generally pleased and will continue to use this rather than replace it, but it could be improved.

I was into the design but looks like I may need a hard plastic one. Was completely full and very strong winds pushed almost all the water out. Came out and the side by the house was pushed all in and collapsing. We have dust storms in Arizona and a thick layer off hard brown stuff is on top. Being in the sun stringy things form inside quite quickly. I still use it but the hard one out front seems to be a better buy. I am setting this one up in a covered area now. Difficult to keep steady if only a little water in it. Better buys elsewhere if you will have same problems on placement and sun.

I use mine as a water bladder to drive around in the back of my utility cart to water newly planted bushes... so it’s done pretty good so far.Both faucets to drain water from only takes a plain push on hose... this didn’t work for me since I need to have a way to shut water on and off at the end of that hose. So I bought a rechargeable siphoning pump, placing it in the container from an opening in the zipper I leave and use this to fill my buckets like you do your car at the gas pump.This isn’t a problem for my use but just want to tell others that it collapses onto itself when it’s not completely full of water. This would be a problem with those who want to put it under their downspouts to collect rain water off a roof. It needs some type of supportive ring around the top edge to keep the circular shape and then it can’t collapse and close off the mesh whole meant to capture your rain water.The material seems thick enough but not sure how it would handle any type of constant moving.The faucet seals are pretty cheaply done, so I wouldn’t think they will last after a lot of use. Luckily I’m using a different method to get my water out.It has its pros and cons but if I were to have bought this to sit on the ground and use I would NOT have been happy with it. But it’s doing well for driving around in my utility cart bed.

The rain barrel is made of a thick plastic material with valves already pre-installed. It is easy to put together and makes for a nice rain barrel. When putting it together, check for the position of the bottom valve before filling, and tighten the connections, mine were loose and water leaked until I handtightened the connections.My issue: It requires 10 rods for support to stiffen the frame, unfortunately only 9 were packed. I did not return it (folding up the canvas and stuffing it back into the box seemed impossible), I ended up using a wood rod I already had instead.

I was pumped for this but as much as I wanted to like it I don't, it just simply doesn't stay up and doesn't hold the shape if doesn't have water in it, so its very hard to have it empty and ready for the rain to fill it up because it just simply doesn't stay stand, I think a ring that can hold the barrel shape to the support posts will work but is hard to find something like that for the barrel, they should be upgrading this, anyways is a pain in the butt for that simple reason that it doesn't stay up

Update: 06/24/2022Well, had the first heavy rain. I found that the 103 inches didn't quite work . The duct tape ripped a little and I had a slight collapse. So, I cut about 9 inches from the length. The legs take a bit off of the circumference :) I also moved the tube down about 4 inches from the top and duct tape it to the sides. Good luck! :)The barrel is made with durable rubber. The barrel is pretty sturdy. However, I had a problem standing it up without water in it. So, I bought foam swim tubes, measured them to the circumference ( at least 100.53 in… I went to 103 in), taped them together, and placed the foam around the inside of the barrel (see pictures). Now, the barrel stands with barely any water in it. :)

Fácil de instalar. Lo importante es que hagas tu instalación para captación de agua de alguna loza o galera o estructura.... Compré el de 100 galones. Ayer se llenó con las lluvias del sur de chiapas.Tiene una llave como para lavarse las manos o llenar cubetas... Tiene poca presión... Tiene otra válvula en la parte baja del barril... Esa si tiene presión... Viene con el conector rápido para manguera. Apenas ayer quedó listo. Actualizaré bien su durabilidad y funcionalidad.Hasta ahora todo bien. Recomendado para lugares con poco acceso a agua potable.

Llegó en buen estado, lo coloqué en una zona libre del sol y sobre piso firme. Después de llenarlo, tiene una fuga en las costuras de la parte inferior. No recomiendo la compra.

Es buen producto, muy útil, me a funcionado muy bien, solo no le pongo las 5 estrellas porque el grifo y tuberías que tienen se sienten muy frágiles y además el grifo goteaba, solo les recomiendo que le pongan poquita cinta de teflón y ya no goteará

Works great, catches water like a dream, doesn't stand well on it own when it's empty and I'm having trouble with the quick connection for the hose but otherwise it's a great product
