Jaw dropping quality for an incredible price. The best headset on the market all things considered.
I researched for two days on which headset I would buy. I'd just gotten an ASUS Strix laptop, a headset is essential due to gaming laptop fan volume! What became very quickly apparent was website, after website, after website having this model at #1 in their lists, often above far pricier models. This seemed weird, too good to be true so I started doing more research. I went to rtings website and got a list of every headset on the market, and began comparing the specs and reviews of the Blackshark V2 against top end, highest priced sets, and mid range ones in the same price bracket. I also did this process on other well known tech websites. The results were astonishing! This headset got rated better than models 2-2.5x the price! After probably 10 hours of researching and cross referencing I felt there was no other option and decided on the special edition model. I've tested it out now and I am blown away. The sound quality is astounding, the best I've experienced with a gaming headset - easily. It was rated as having very good neutral sound (true sound, without muddying from effects and enhancements), and it really does. Everything is crystal clear, bass sounds are punchy without distortion, mid range is all there, and treble sings. Also, the noise cancelling is excellent, it keeps the 49db fan noise of my machine completely silenced to my ears. The headset is also incredibly comfortable, and I have very sensitive ears so make of that what you will. I find the build quality fantastic. The sound card and synapse app that allow EQ customisation is a true game changer. Any minor shortcomings the audio range may have can be completely rectified and bring out the full potential of these amazing headphones. To that end I found a brilliant guide from a music producer on reddit and I heartily recommend these settings: In Synapse: Keep volume below 75 (74 is recommended, this is to prevent audio outs which can occur at higher levels). *This doesn't affect the physical volume using the knob on the set* Turn all enhancements off. Set custom EQ with these in the following order: 0, 0, -3, -3, +1, 0, +3, -1, -4, +8 THX Spacial is personal preference, I personally use "Dolby Atmos For Headphones" on my laptop as I find it superior, but there are a fair amount of games that specifically use the former, so I'll experiment. Overall this is a truly exceptional headset, especially considering the price. I'm a solid loyal customer from now on, I look forward to a V3 down the line! 10/10

Very good headset
* I can only speak for Use on PC* Sound quality: I upgraded to these from the Turtle beach recon 70s and wow I can definitely hear the difference. I am using the USB sound card and dialled everything in on the included software. The sound is deep bass but yet high treble, great mix. I am a huge music fan and these are great as when paired with software you can set a different sound profile for your music app or chrome tab or any application! The microphone is great and I’d definitely put it on broadcast and put volume up on to 100% otherwise you’ll be very quiet for team mates or meetings. It doesn’t pick up a lot of background noise like my old headset does, spot on razer Comfort: Wow these are comfortable, I wear glasses and they don’t push up into ears and I have had them on for 5 hours solid and no pressure points or sweaty ears or anything. Software: The software is fantastic to play around with and get perfect audio. Game audio: I mainly play Warzone, CW Zombies and Vanguard and these sound so clear after changed to EQ that I found on YouTube. Footsteps are loud and so is team mates voices. Packaging: This is a mistake on Amazon but my order was just placed in a paper bag with no packing material so original box was damaged :( but contents were fine. The packaging is basic but understandable at this price range. They come with a bag for transporting around. Noise cancelling: Isn’t the best but definitely cuts out a lot of what’s going around you, I can no longer hear my PC fans and hard drives lol Build quality: The build quality is very good for this price range and they are very sturdy on head. Complaints: The microphone gets in my way a bit but managed to sort it a little bit. Cable is way too short for my liking Pricing: I got this for £64 on Black Friday sales which is a bargain but it’s still a bargain at £80! Conclusion: Sound is amazing, comfort is amazing, cable length is less than desirable, software is user friendly. If you were like me watching review on budget headsets then please settle on these. These are amazing for the price and sound amazing.

Solid Sound With Impressive EQ
Having worked in many recording-studios, I've used many headphones for recording and monitoring. At home, I'd been using Turtle-Beach, purely for listening to internet sites or a spot of gaming now and again. These Razer Blackshark V.2 headphones are really good, especially for the money. They have a nice build, braided cord and a detachable mic. The ear pieces fit perfectly over one's ears and their padding is very comfortable. They are light, but don't feel cheap. Straight into my pc, I played some music via Wav files, that I know well and these cans were very good with no tweaking. They have 50mm diaphragms with titanium in the ear pieces, so one would expect a beefy bass sound and they have! The mids aren't 'sucked in' and the trebles are normal, nothing piercing. However, these really come alive when using Razer Synapse software. Use the custom EQ and try -2 250hz -1 500hz +1 4khz +4 8khz and +7 16khz (others on 0) (Don't add any bass boost etc) This is where they really shine, with just a little tweaking. The microphone is okay, not a premium mic, but fine enough to chat with for gamers. One can alter it's EQ response with another 10 band EQ. The spacial sound works well in different programs BUT leave it OFF when using your custom EQ to listen to music. I've A/B'd various albums from Queen to Zeppelin to Bowie and these are not for the 'spacial sound' option. I picked these up for about £62 and they are worth that price. You can also use just the 3.6mm output into Xbox/PS5 etc.

Great headphones
I have been gaming for years and made the switch from Xbox to PC. I had been using the steelseries arctis 9X before these. I was blown away with the quality of these headphones, especially at the price. The sound quality is great, with the added bonus of the spatial sound these really are hard to beat. You will hear things in games you never have before, it really enhances the gaming experience. Comfort from these headphones is great, I wear them for hours at a time and feel zero discomfort or any sign of irritation to skin. Very easily adjustable to suit the person wearing them. The cable provided with these is long, and I have never had an issue where I thought it ever caused me and sort of problem. The headphones are have an adjustable EQ via an app which is a great added bonus, this is also regularly updated to provide you with the best audio experience. No noticeable sound leakage from these headphones is also a positive. The volume is more than loud enough for every user, and I cannot hear any outside noise whilst using them. These headphones may be classed as “mid range” for some but having used headphones at a price point of double these I would pick these as my choice every time. For the money, these are amazing value for money.

Flaws in the design for console use
The price was amazing considering that regular colours were double the cost, and the sound was pretty nice and detailed, they were also really comfy even after a few hours. Unfortunately, the noise canceling design makes it impossible to hear your voice, so its no good for ps5 as the wired connection does not support sidetone (in ear mic monitoring) which is technically essential in this situation. However a usb is provided for pc which should offer this function. Just no good for ps5 unless you enjoy shouting to hear yourself. Did like the fact that the mic can be removed.

Great audio. Superior build quality and material choices sets it apart
Longest-lasting and highest-quality headset I've owned. I have had this for over 2 years, and it still works perfectly despite inevitable accidental instances of it being dropped or yanked out of my PC. There are cheaper options available, but in terms of value, this wins. It is very comfortable to wear. The cable is long enough. It has nice cloth covers for the ears and the headband, which are breathable and feel great; they also haven't cracked like the fake leather material found on most headsets usually does after a while. The sound quality is excellent and can be tweaked to your liking on PC using the Razer synapse app. The mic's good as far as I know, and it's never had issues with echoing or game audio being picked up by the mic. It's easily adjustable. The fact that the mic can be removed is nice. Overall, this is definitely a better option than repeatedly buying cheap headsets, which, in my experience, tend to break even if you look after them.

NOTA 9/10
Qualidade do som é ótima, fone leve e confortável.
