How do I find my size?

Blood flow amount or activity. You want over nights for when you're sleeping and heavy regular for if you tend to bleed through regular pads during the day. Regular is if you're an average bleeder that changes them every 4 hours or so. They work well but I had to try 2 different sizes and pick a preference. I'm a heavy bleeder but felt awkward because they were longer than regular but it prevented awkward moments. I like this brand for comfort and odor protection better than ALL others.

Help! are these for menstruation or incontinence?

These are for menstruation. I don’t know that they help much with incontinence. Maybe small dribbles like when you laugh,cough,or sneeze but not much more than that. Try the nighttime size. Those may help.
