Straps LIS 049C2-NAT/BRN Guitar Strap - Natural

High quality- clever design

I only use LOCK-IT straps. I have both polyester and cotton versions and I definitely recommend the cotton as it is less slippery, which especially helps if you have a guitar with 'neck dive' issues. The only issues I've ever experienced are with guitars that have enormous strap pins, which can make it difficult to attach the strap. But still worth it.

I usually use Schaller locks but the GS Mini has an output jack. This strap looks good, feels great and goes on the GS fairly quick and easy.

The leather parts have a strong smell. This may not be an issue for people who like the smell of leather, but for me it's irritating. The smell causes my throat to get scratchy and my nasal passages to get puffy. I have a few straps by Reunion Blues that don't have a smell on the leather parts, so I know LOCK-IT could make the leather parts without a smell. I guess they make the leather smell intentional because they want people to know that the leather is real. That's a mistake.

Excellent and a classy compliment to any guitar.

I have a fairly new Gibson Firebird that uses two entirely different screw sizes for the strap pegs (seriously Gibson, wtf). I didn't want to fill & drill one for straplocks, so I got this strap. Fits fine, comfortable, and holding tight.
