No English instructions but pretty self explanatory
I keep these in our household always. I haven't been sick since C o v i d. If I feel like my throat is starting to get scratchy or if I feel like I'm about ready to catch a cold, I pop one in mouth and move it all over, in front of teeth, behind teeth, under tongue, around your cheeks and gum line.Move it slowly with your tongue ALL OVER YOUR MOUTH. Next day, I'm fine! Usually 2 boxes for a family of 6 last me a year. Can't purchase these in the states at local stores, thankfully Amazon carries them.

Taste good and soothing!
I actually purchased these on a trip through Greece. Not only do they sooth the throat, but their full of vitamin. C, which every traveler knows is essential to stay healthy. After we returned home I was able to find these on Amazon and always keep them handy.

No English except for the name on the box - Be ware. It is not RETURNABLE
I ordered this, and what I received is something in foreign language all over with NO ENLIGH description whatsoever. (I think it is Turkish). It is supposed to be slightly medicated throat drops, which means you need to be able to read the usage/dose, instruction, warning, etc.
