I received this pan as a gift for Christmas from my husband. We had an older one that needed to be replaced and this one is perfect. I love that you can use low heat to arrive at a much hotter pan temperature. You can use oil or not, depending on how you prefer to cook. The surface is very anti-stick without the use of Teflon. It cleans up easily with just soap and water. You do need to let it cool down before cleaning it. I also use only wooden or plastic utensils while cooking. The lid fits exactly for a tight seal which makes steaming and warming up much faster. The outside of the pan cleans up equally quickly, with just a soft cloth and soapy water. This pan is great for frying, steaming, and searing. It has already had a lot of cooking time and it still looks like new.

No se pega nada, se puede saltear. Facilísimo de limpiar，Tarda un rato en coger calor pero se cocina muy bien cualquier cosa. El material se ve bien y el color bonito, gracia a quien diseñado este sarten.Espero que dure así mucho tiempo tratándola con cuidado.

I got this so it could cook one slice of french toast, or one grilled cheese sandwich, or even fry one tortilla. My other pan was so much bigger, and this is just perfect. The lid is the best, too.
