Chassis Guard Dust Resist Dirt Cover for Traxxas 1/10 Slash 2WD LCG

Seems to do well at keeping most of the dust and dirt away from the electronics. It can be tricky to install depending on what you have installed on the chassis.

It does what its meant for. it keeps the leaves and rocks out of the rc truck. It is made well and will last a long time. a great value for what I paid. it was easy to install with the hook and loop strips and you can unzip to gain access to the inside for batteries and quick cleaning.

I like the double zipper, but even with proper surface prep adhesion is poor. Just use Velcro industrial strength in the chassis.

Was excited about it, but the velcro needs to be on the outside of the netting only for the servo area. Otherwise it blocks it

I’ve had this mesh on my Traxxas Slash 2wd for over 2 years .. it just now recently the zipper has gave out in it due to ware and tare but for how much I paid for this I think it was worth it. Kept mud and dirt from getting into my important components . Also recommend a high velocity fan so the mesh won’t mess with cooling the speed controller . I have one that spins at 20,000 rpm and it works great with this .

The quality is bad zippers both broke after a few runs. Bought one for the maxx and slash. Both zippers broke. Also velcro is weak

Does what it should. Zipper hasnt broke. Keeps water and dirt out well while allowing esc to air off

Easy to install and adheres well.
