Really fun game with a group of friends

Buy this game now... and play it with your family at Thanksgiving... Just kidding, you probably shouldn't do that... or maybe Bad People is just what your family gathering needs. Bad People arrived a few weeks ago and we finally had chance to play the "NSFW Brutal Expansion Pack" with a group of friends. Started a little slow as we got the newbies up to speed on the rules while playing with the original cards. After a few rounds, we were tearing into each other and ready to up the ante. We pulled out the expansion pack and found out who the really bad people were. Everyone had a blast (I think one of my friends peed his pants he was laughing so hard) while gaining unique insight into each other's true selves. Perfect for staying in on game night or great way to get the party started before hitting the bars. Bad People is best played with a medium to big group of your buddies (men and/or women). This game is for the kind of people who would play truth or dare... but want to crank up the fun while testing their own and their friends' limits. The new "NSFW Brutal Expansion Pack" takes it to another level. If you and your friends had fun with the original game, you must get the expansion pack - it will blow your mind! I recommend the following recipe: 1. Gather 4-8 good friends 2. Provide each player with a few adult beverages 3. Explain the basic rules carefully (only take a minute) 4. Deal 5. This game is hilarious if you have really easy going friends. If not, be prepared to have less friends after playing this with them. Fortunately, my friends are awesome and loved this as much as I did.

Okay so I wanted a game that wasn't as tame as apples to apples so I looked at the description for this game and bought it, I was not prepared for how wildly inappropriate this game can get. I didn't like that the cards they picked for the samples didn't mirror how most of the cards were, the sample cards were funny but only cover about 35% of the cards in the box, the other 65% is really sexual, like, the kind of cards you probably can't play with your siblings or parents, or in laws.. you get the point. Like my wife and I would still find most of them pretty funny but we can't see our friends or family getting the same kind of kick out of them. I'll share some of the other cards that I'd say represent the majority of the stack, and these are just from the base game, there's more risque and raunchy stuff in the nsfw expansion pack. If you're looking for something like cards against humanity, this is a good pick for you. I was looking for something in between apples to apples and cards against humanity, you know, funnier, more adult, but still appropriate to play with a variety of people, but unfortunately this isn't it for me.

Picture never have I ever except you don't have to come up with what you have never done that other have, but instead get to just vote for the friend you think has done that thing or would if faced with a particular situation. I have yet to play this with a very large group which I feel you need to really get the most out of this game, also a varied group be it ages or life styles, regardless it is fun. I think the next time I play it we might not follow the rules exactly as they seemed to impede the self depreciation many of the people in my friend group enjoy (you aren't supposed to vote for yourself when you're the dictator which sucks when the dictator fits the card and even they point that out), but the cards are great. Simply reading through many of the cards when I opened the box had me thinking of different people in my life I would vote for on any particular card. If you are looking for something in the realm of cards against humanity, and have friends/family with thick skin and/or a good sense of humor this can make a great addition to your game nights or parties.

Love it! It was very fun to play, we laughed so much, especially with the NSFW pack. FYI some emotionally sensitive people may feel hurt after a few rounds, even though is just a game. So keep that in mind and play it with good friends and family.
