Wonderful fit per size guide. Sleeves are extremely durable and work as advertised.

These are really comfortable and stay in place. It's really cumbersome and uncomfortable to wear my knee braces that velcro and have a metal hinge, so on less painful days these are great to wear. I can also sleep in these when I'm having a lot of knee pain. I was afraid they'd roll down when I moved around, but I wore them all day and they had barely moved at all by the end of the day. My other knee braces don't stay put as well as these do. They have that rubber-like texture at the top on the inside that helps them stay in place. They do not limit your mobility, but the compression is so helpful for pain and my knees that partially dislocate (sublux). They aren't uncomfortable on your kneecap, in fact, they are very comfortable and helpful. When these eventually wear out I"ll buy another pair, that's how much I like these.
