DJI Stabilizer Review
I recently purchased the DJI stabilizer from Amazon, and I am absolutely impressed with its performance! As someone who loves capturing smooth, cinematic footage, this stabilizer has taken my videography to the next level. The build quality is exceptional – it feels solid but is still lightweight enough to use for long periods without tiring out. The setup process was incredibly easy, and I was up and running in no time. The controls are intuitive, with a responsive joystick and clear buttons that make it simple to adjust settings even while you're in the middle of shooting. What truly stands out is the stability. Whether I'm walking, running, or even cycling, my footage remains buttery smooth with no noticeable shakes or jitters. The motors are powerful enough to handle my smartphone and lightweight cameras, providing steady shots in any environment.Battery life is another highlight. It lasts for hours, which is perfect for long shooting sessions, and it charges fairly quickly, so I’m never left waiting for too long. I also appreciate the included carrying case, which makes it easy to transport and keep everything organized. If you're looking for a reliable, high-quality stabilizer, this DJI product is definitely worth the investment. It’s made a huge difference in the quality of my videos, and I highly recommend it to both beginners and more experienced videographers alike.

Wow compact little bundle of creativity.
Absolutely a great first gimbal. I’m no vlogger or videographer (yet?) but i have to say this a next level evolution from hand held. Was really concerned about it not being able to support an I Phone 16 Pro Max and Otterbox Defender pro case . Max payload of gimbal is 290gm I Phone 16 ProMax Is 227gm Otterbox defender cased is 64.1 gm total 291.1gm phew! Works flawlessly. Set up is a breeze all automatic and App is awesome and simple to learn. Really a lot of trial and practice. Set up gimbal to your personal specifications and play around. The videos are crisp and clear. Will provide update after trying multiple filming scenarios. Highly recommend it.

Tech heavy, great usage
I’m still learning how to use my DJI Osmo 6, but there is a huge catalogue of videos available via an app that you need you download. Once you figure out how to unlock the holder, you can turn it on and it will hold your phone magnetically. The digital readouts are easy to understand, especially once you watch the videos. You can either attach the provided tripod to make it perfect for placing on a desk, table, or countertop. You could also extend the want to turn it into a wonderful feline stick, with image stabization, etc. It does a fantastic job of stabilization, zoom, following a person or bject, and so much more! I have recommended this to many friends and family!

Great Stabilization, but Steep Learning Curve
I purchased the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 for its reputation in mobile stabilization, and it definitely delivers on smooth photo and video results. The 3-axis gimbal works flawlessly, keeping shots steady even during movement, and the end results look professional. However, using the gimbal isn’t as intuitive as I hoped—the buttons and dials take time to get used to, and navigating all the functions can be a bit tricky for beginners. Another downside is the need to use DJI’s proprietary app to unlock all features, which might not appeal to everyone. If you’re willing to invest time in learning the controls, it’s a great tool for content creation, but it’s not exactly plug-and-play.Pros:- Delivers smooth, stabilized photo and video results- Does exactly what it promises in terms of performanceCons:- Steep learning curve with complex buttons and dials- Requires use of DJI’s proprietary app for full functionality

Oh boy, not another gadget.
"Oh boy, not another gadget." That was my girlfriend’s first reaction when I unboxed the DJI Osmo Mobile 6. Her tone was half amusement, half exasperation, like I’d just brought home a mechanical dinosaur instead of a 3-axis phone gimbal."What does this one do?" she asked, arms crossed. Before I could answer, she added, "Let me guess—makes your 'art' even more artsy?""Actually," I said, holding it up like a proud tech evangelist, "it stabilizes my videos, tracks objects, and has a built-in extension rod for next-level footage."She blinked. "Wow. So it’s basically a selfie stick with a superiority complex?"Cue the dramatic sigh. But as I powered it on and demonstrated the smooth, cinematic pans, even she couldn’t deny it looked impressive. “Okay, it’s kind of cool,” she admitted grudgingly. “But did you really need another gadget to film your epic coffee pour for Instagram?”For the record, yes, I absolutely did. The stabilization is next-level—it makes even walking shots feel like they’re straight out of a Spielberg film. No more wobbly clips of me pretending I’m an indie filmmaker. The ActiveTrack feature is a standout, too. I set it to follow me while I tested a parkour move (read: tripped over a park bench), and it stayed locked on like a personal cameraman."Great," she said, watching the playback. "Now it can capture all your failures in 4K.”The built-in extension rod was another pleasant surprise. It makes group shots and selfies ridiculously easy. I convinced her to take a group photo at a family BBQ, and she had to admit the results were better than her usual “arm-stretched-as-far-as-it-goes” approach. "Fine," she said, squinting at the shot. "It’s nice. But I’m still calling it the Fancy Stick."Battery life is solid, lasting through hours of filming without needing a recharge. I spent an afternoon filming a time-lapse of the sunset, and the gimbal held up perfectly. She watched me, shaking her head. "You spent three hours filming the sun moving. The sun does that every day, babe.""It’s called art," I said."It’s called a hobby that gets you out of my hair," she replied with a grin.In all seriousness, the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 is a game-changer for anyone who loves creating smooth, professional-looking videos. Even if your significant other thinks you’re just playing with a glorified selfie stick, the results speak for themselves. Who knows? Maybe one day I’ll convince her to star in one of my cinematic masterpieces.Final verdict: The DJI Osmo Mobile 6 is packed with features that make it a must-have for video enthusiasts and casual creators alike. From its 3-axis stabilization that delivers buttery-smooth footage, to the ActiveTrack technology that keeps your subject perfectly in frame, it’s a powerhouse of convenience. The built-in extension rod is perfect for capturing dynamic selfies and group shots, while its compact, foldable design ensures it’s easy to carry anywhere. The long battery life keeps you filming for hours, and the companion app unlocks creative tools like time-lapse, hyper-lapse, and dynamic shot modes. Whether you’re chasing cinematic dreams or just trying to prove to your girlfriend that this is not “just another gadget,” the Osmo Mobile 6 delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended!
