Gordon's Guide to Caring for Your Guinea Pigs (Pets' Guides)

I really appreciate that his book is written in a way that allows ownership by the elementary age caregivers. Well organized and thoughtful.

I read this to mg five year old about once a week. We recently got guinea pigs so it is helpful. Great pictures and paper quality, and just the right amount of text. The information is practically helpful. He has been reading some of it himself.

This is a child's book and provides little actual information in caring for the pig. But definitely great for a youngster!

It is a great book for young readers however as a guinea pig expert I noticed on the food section that they need to have seeds in their diet which is wrong. Guinea pigs can’t digest seeds. Otherwise great book and good beginner facts and care.

Easy to read. Perfect level for my 8year old daughter. Purchased to go with her guinea pig care package setup and she lived reading about her new pet. Seems to be accurate information. Would recommend.

was a great way to connect responsibility - teaching... to fun. keeping the cartoon guy weaved in throughout made it more enjoyable - and keeping real photos made it easier to understand.

Bought this book for a 6 year old, she enjoyed reading it but the information it provides is very basic, there was nothing she did not already know.If you want a fairly comprehensive guide on caring for guinea pigs, I would not recommend this book.

Great little book for younger kids. Not too overwhelming with information and presented in an easy to read way.
