Delivery: it came fast and on time. My plan was to buy it for my girl as a gift and it came before the day I wanted to give it to her.The product: My girl loves it. The packaging and the product it self. Most of the time I don't see her lipgloss or lipstick unless it's a darker color but in this case the gold shine makes it stands out a bit more. And also she's happy with it so I'd buy more for her. All and all a good product.

Average balm.
This has nothing to distinguish it from any other lip balm. It has a nice smell and feels smooth going on but doesn't really last and the gold flecks are very sparing.

Moist for long time
