You need to wipe with alcohol after and then you can work on the nails.

Does this kit come with cuticle oil?

My kit did not come with cuticle oil.

How can we verify this is a led lamp?

It works. It's cures the gel in minutes I've had these on since Monday and it's Friday. Excuse my dog snoring in background 😂 but the lamp has 3 different timer settings that you can select or you can simply just place your hand under to activate and it will stay on as long as your hand is under it.

Does this kit come with nails?

It comes only with the nail forms. If you do a close up of the picture, it shows you the forms on the bottom right side. Nail forms are not nail times or press-on. Nail forms are extension base, you can work product (polygel or acrylic) and press onto the natural nail plate.
