This product works great. I purchased it to give my Tesla Model Y access to Carplay and that has been fantastic! Although I did not purchase this with the intent on using the rear cam as a main selling point, I must say the rear cam quality at night/low light is lacking. Headlights behind the car will blind the camera and the image quality has a lot of noise and delay in low light conditions. I have it set to sleep after 1 minute and use the reflection of this device as a standard rearview mirror. Also, when sentry mode is on, this device will stay on and an iPhone may try to stay connected to this device rather than utilize wifi at home. This doesn't bother me but it's something to consider.

Easy install, syncs up with phone automatically after initial set up whenever vehicle is turned on. Voice control with Google AI is decent. The dual dash cams are nice. The instructions could be written better, make sure you read them a couple times to understand how to sync up. You need to set audio to bluetooth mode for good sound quality, through the mirror it's meh. To use the rear view mirror in mirror mode, just hook up the back up camera, which can be done without hardwiring it. Then select split screen and tada, there it is, see my Pic. I've set it up like this temporarily to see how I like it. If it works well, then I will hard wire it. But honestly this will work for a long-term set up as well. Overall, at this price point, nice little gadget with an easy set up once you get past the wonky instructions which are written in the worst font 😀.E

It doesn’t work, it records but when you try to view it. It shows nothing, I have formatted the memory card multiple times and it will work temporarily but then it will stop. I’ve only owner it since January. DO NOT BUY

This camera system is great, connects seamlessly to apple car play. touch screen is very responsive, voice commands are a great, very easy to use. very intuitive interface. Video quality is very good.

Came complete with everything to get it working, but for a clean install I had to spend a bit of money to get the proper fuse adapters. Also the FM transmitter sounds horrible, I highly recommend only getting it if your radio has a Aux input and using a 3.5mm cord to connect the two.

This product arrived quickly and well packaged with a few accessories that are not commonly included including a direct wire to the fuse box that is often an add on accessory. I have contacted customer support for assistance with the back up camera and i received a response and help in less than 24 hours solving my issue. The package also included the attachment brackets, the back up camera, and accessory cigarette lighter plug in. I bought this for an f150 XL which did not have a back up camera nor a radio that was easy to upgrade. This kit for around $100 is a good value when you can consider the accessories.

I’ve had this mirror for awhile and loved it! But for some reason a couple of days ago, it just quit working as if it was disconnected to power! I rechecked all the power connections for loose wires, fuses, etc. it all checked out ok! Since I do a lot of traveling, I used it all the time, it would be nice if I could get a replacement somehow. Also since no power up, there is no way to check it under power! I used to use my iPhone Maps app before but I found this is way better! Also it was nice to be able to see in front AND in back of the car. Being a 2005 model car this brought it up to the latest technology! The voice feedback thru my stereo system made it a thrill to travel! Help!
