Their customer service is amazing. I originally ordered this in gray but then decided I wanted brown. The company emailed me back quickly. They told me it would take 10-14 days but we received it in 7 days. The company shipped it from CA to SC. We purchased it for our RV because the one that came with it was uncomfortable. I was hesitant because the door to our r.v is 26 in wide and the sofa arms are 25 inches high but it went in with zero issues. It was a straight shot inside. It is very heavy. You need two very very strong people or three kind of strong people. We had three people so it wasn’t a problem. We all worked together.It is very comfortable. Everything works great. We did purchase the republic brown sofa because it is top grain leather and if you are going to buy leather spend a few hundred more and get top grain. It is stronger and will last longer than fake leather.

I purchased two of these sofa’s 2 months ago, wanted to wait until I had a chance to use them before making a review. Well after 2 months I love these just as much as the day I got them. They were very easy to put together. The backs come separate from the seat area, so it made it easy to get into the house. If you ever had a recliner sofa before you should not have any issue putting these together. I would recommend getting a surge protector power strip to put under the couch to plug everything in, that way you only have one cord coming from the couch. I had looked at less expensive brands on Amazon and locally, but could not find anything that matched the quality and features that these offered. My favorite feature is the adjustable head rest, my old couch I had to use a pillow anytime I reclined to watch TV, not any more. Had lots of family and friends over during the holidays and they all thought these were the best couches they had ever seen.

I ordered this for my finished basement and wanted to use it for a few months before doing a review. This sofa is extremely comfortable and the controls are easy to use. It seems that it will hold up for a long time. I love the quality leather they used and I really enjoy the middle console that allows you to plug in devices and even wirelessly charge phones. This is a superb sofa and well worth the money spent. The ONLY thing I would want added is something to keep the cords organized in the back. My power strip keeps falling out.

I'm 5' 6" and it's just too big for me. If I were 6' 5" it would probably be great. Can't get comfortable. Arm rests are high, seat depth is long, head rest is way up there. Seats are very wide as well. Works fine and looks great, but it doesn't fit me. Live and learn I suppose. Sometimes it pays to try it on before you buy!

I have never bought furniture online or site unseen. I was very worried I wouldn't like the leather texture. I shouldn't have worried, it's awesome. I love the sofa and even bought 2 reclining chairs to go with it. The leather is soft, but not sinkable soft, and the top-drop down is great. I can charge my phone while I'm watching tv. The company was great to work with and very responsive to any questions I had. I'm very happy with this product and hope to be for years to come.

I purchased two of these for my theater room. They are very well made especially the quality of the leather. These are great if you never expect to pack your theater but want to have that center seat available in case you do. The assembly was easy, but I did contact the seller just to make sure I did not damage the seats, when attaching the backs. There are very basic instructions (one page on assembly, nothing on operation or warranty). They responded very quickly and were professional.I was apprehensive to spend this much money on seats sight unseen. I am very happy I made the purchase.

"Leather" wore off in one year, all the screws holding the leg extension fell out and threading stripped. What a total waste of our money. We feel totally ripped off for $2400!!!

One of the most comfortable couches I have ever sat on. Nice design, nice features. I love how the back comes off easy to allow for transportation and door width clearance. My only complaint is that the lights in the headrest didn’t work, and had no luck getting help from customer support. I will probably never use those lights anyways so it isn’t worth the return hassle.
