Let me preface this by stating that I bought this at a big discount from the Warehouse, so that will colour my review by quite a bit. I've bought quite a bit from the Warehouse and have mostly had a great experience. This is no exception -this is a great controller. It sees usage between my pc and XSX and works flawlessly. I've had no issues setting it up and connecting with either device, have no issues with input lag. I love the fact you can adjust the tightness of the thumbsticks ( with the included tightener), and the handgrips have a better texture and feel than the original Xbox controller. It is also heavier, which i like. The buttons are a bit odd though - the OG controller seems to have a better feel than this, in the sense that it seems i have to press harder for it to register. Hasn't bothered me, but you can definitely notice the difference. The included cable is long enough that if you want to game with it wired it's more than adequate for you to cough game if you desire. Battery life is excellent so far, I've gathered 30 hours or so before recharging, and this is with my Steel Series Headset connected to it which draws power from the controller. In comparison, when using the battery operated OG controller, with the headset it lasts 4 hours and w/o the headset it lasts about 25-30 hours. Came packaged very well, and I love the way the Series X accessories come packaged. It's a nice extra to have, as I like to keep my packing for my "toys". It's a cosmetic thing but I know that's important for some people. All in all, another great purchase from the Warehouse and highly recommended!

Amazon price was about 30$ cheaper than Microsoft official website. Since this is my 4th Elite v1 or v2, only issue is the durability of the bumpers and the stick drift, which usually occurs several 12+months after purchase. Microsoft is to fix this issue with the Elite 3, until then hope the extended warranty purchased covers this ongoing issue with the Elite controllers. Package arrived on time after only purchasing late yesterday evening. I really wish Amazon driver stop leaving package without even attempting to ring the doorbell. High traffic area will one day lose a shipment to porch pirates. Overall 5 stars for product, delivery and price. UPDATE Aug 8, after one week , i can tell that this controller is a cheaper quality and durability than the elite 2.
