Will it fit on an iphone 8 plus?

Not sure what you are asking. The adapter is designed to mount on a camera. It slides into the hot shoe mount on the top of the camera. You can then clamp your iPhone into the mount so that it sits on top of the camera just like a flash would. The clamp that holds the phone looks like it is large to hold most any cell phone. I use it with an iPhone 11 Pro and it has plenty of room to spare. I would expect that it probably would expand enough that accommodate an iPhone plus.

Can it turn the phone 180 degree for selphie mode?

No but you can do 2 ways: attach your phone in selfie position or attach the device the other way around.
