Better than Walmart.
The pads are 10mm longer than what you typically find at Walmart or other stores with bicycle parts (50 vs 40mm). These pads are for C-Brakes, not V-Brakes. Usual mountain bikes have V-Brakes. Amazon wants to confuse you about which is which. Many cruisers and kids bikes will have C-brakes. This kit could be improved, in my opinion by including lock washers instead of flat washers. I used BLUE threadlock on mine. I also used a longer 5mm hex key rather than the one included, so that I could tighten them up better.

Posts too short. No braking power
Tried to use these as replacements on a trek. The bolts are far too short, no spacers fit. Absolutely useless.
