I always forget to write reviews after I buy stuff on Amazon. I should try to do it more because it is helpful when you find a review that is real. So, I bought this toothbrush to replace another brand that I bought about a year and a half ago. The old toothbrush just wasn't doing a good job at cleaning my teeth. I have always had problems with cavities and plaque build-up. The only sure-fire way of getting all of the plaque for me was to use Plax prior to brushing. Still, I find myself in the dentist's office every six months with a hygienist jack-hammering my mouth with water pick to get my teeth clean. It's embarrassing and it makes me feel anxious about my gum health. I saw the Oral-B iO Series 3 here on Amazon and it was discounted. According to Oral-B it is really good at getting rid of plaque. I took the manufacturer at their word, and bought it. Holy crap, ya'll! This thing is amazing! The iO3 has a round brush head similar to the polishing tool your dental hygienist uses. I've used cheaper Oral-B electric toothbrushes that also have round heads, but they weren't as robust as the brush head on the iO3. The bristles aren't hard, but they are dense and arranged in a way that they can hug your teeth while brushing. You can get that brush on every surface of each tooth (except directly between the teeth, of course). The motorized handle has a pressure sensor that changes color based on how hard or soft you are pressing. If you get it just right, it lights up green. The iO3 also helps you time your brushing so that you the recommended two minutes. It pulses when it's time to change to a different quadrant. It doesn't automatically shut off when the two minutes are up, however. That's fine with me as I will just continue brushing other parts of my mouth like my tongue and the roof of my palette when I'm done with my teeth. There are supposedly three types of brushing settings to choose from, but I have only used the default cleaning setting. The other two setting are supposed to be for sensitive teeth and whitening. The default works just fine for me. The build is solid and feels good in my hands. I like that the handle comes with two brush heads, a travel case, and case for the brush heads. I like to take my brush head off and put it in the case after I'm finished just because I'm paranoid about having a toothbrush exposed in the bathroom. It's nice to have the option to shield it from germs. So, TLDR, this is a great electric toothbrush. My teeth haven't felt this clean since the last time I went to the dentist. Oral-B did a fantastic job of designing a product that makes brushing easy and will almost certainly result in you having a positive visit at the dentist, and may help reverse gum issues and prevent cavities. I definitely recommend you buy this product if you are in the market for an electric toothbrush.

I decided to buy one of these fancy electric toothbrushes because I figured I may as well make a investment into improving my dental habits. It has several very helpful features for brushing that I really enjoyed, such as the pressure sensor that provides a highly visible feedback for how hard to press with the brush. The built in timer is also nice, I always did struggle to properly gauge how long to brush and this thing does it for me. As far as handling it feels precise and lightweight but with an enjoyable heft that makes it feel like a quality product. As far as its effectiveness with brushing I honestly don't think my teeth have felt cleaner after a brush since using this thing, it feels both powerful and gentle. I really enjoyed my first brush with this model and after a lifetime of using manual toothbrushes this thing is just a completely different and highly effective tool. It isn't particularly noisy either, with a stable hum that isn't uncomfortable or loud. Highly recommended especially considering it comes with an additional replacement brush head.

Almost a Year of Use and Still Very Happy I’ve been using this Oral-B electric toothbrush for almost a year now, and I’m still very happy with it. It has become a regular part of my daily routine, and I definitely prefer it over a traditional manual toothbrush. It’s easy to use, comfortable, and makes me feel like I’m getting a much more thorough clean every time I brush. I also like that it helps me stay consistent with my brushing routine. After almost a year of regular use, it’s been reliable and has held up really well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to switch to an electric toothbrush.

Works great and has great settings. Noise level isn’t too loud and vibration is adjustable based on preferences. Only complaint I have is that the brush timer seems a bit longer than 2 minutes. I feel like it takes 10 minutes for the toothbrush to turn off. Overall great toothbrush and most likely user error though.

I’m really impressed with the Oral-B iO Series 3 Limited Deep Clean Rechargeable Toothbrush. It gives my teeth a noticeably cleaner, fresher feeling compared with a regular manual toothbrush. The brushing action is powerful but still feels comfortable, and the round brush head makes it easy to reach around each tooth. One of my favorite features is the smart pressure sensor, which helps you avoid brushing too hard. The 2-minute timer is also very helpful for making sure I spend enough time brushing. With three cleaning modes—Daily Clean, Sensitive, and Whitening—it’s easy to choose the setting that works best for you.

This is a lot more budget-friendly than other Oral-B iO models but delivers essentially the same results. The pressure sensor is the star—it not only flashes red if I press too hard but also slows the motor, forcing me to ease up. That’s huge for me since I used to brush too hard and saw early gum recession. I got it in the black model so it never stains from my lipstick! It has a nice feel in my hand, not slippery like my old Sonicare. I also like that it is quite sturdy. It's more quiet than my old Sonicare so I don't know why some complain of it being too loud. The very effective round brush head reaches my very back molars with ease, and the clean feels just as good as my old more expensive Sonicare WITH THE ADDED BONUS OF FINALLY REACHING THE BACK OF MY MOLARS!—as long as I lightly brush instead of just gliding. The only downside is that you have to guess which mode you’re in by feel, which isn't always easy and takes several seconds to register. This is quite disappointing. Bottom line: A strong clean and real gum protection, without paying top dollar.

Within than less than a year ; not functioning ; tried to seek help but didnt get help afterwards. Ex n not worth to invest. Is there anyone can help to rectify ?

This Oral B iO really is an improvement from my old electric brush and gives a better cleaning compared to my old one. It leaves your teeth with the feeling that you have after having your teeth cleaned by your dentist, so highly recommend.

Easy to use. Holds charge for a long time before needing to be recharged. The dentist is always pleased with the condition of my teeth and gums. Bought one for my daughter and she loves it too.

Après deux mois d'utilisation, je peux le dire, il s'agit de la meilleure brosse-à-dents électrique que j'ai utilisé. En voyant ce nouveau type de brosse pourtant, je me demandais au départ s'il ne s'agissait pas d'une autre façon d'attirer le consommateur, mais non. Le système de nettoyage me paraît bien différent de ce que j'utilisais auparavant, y compris chez Oral B. POURS : - Le système de vibration / rotation de la brosse est tout simplement très bien pensé. C'est très doux à l'usage, cela paraît également très précis et le résultat est vraiment bon. - Le voyant qui permet de savoir si l'on appuie trop sur la brosse est très visible, c'est assez simple d'adapter la pression exercée. - J'aime également la vitesse de vibration. CONTRES : - Un peu dispendieux. Sur du long terme, si la brosse-à-dents reste toujours aussi fiable, cela pourrait compenser son prix. Conclusion : C'est un coup de cœur pour la brosse Oral B iO ! En espérant que cela dure plusieurs années.
