LumiSign - The License Plate Frame with LED Rear Stop 3rd Brake Light Safety Inserts That Lights Up Automatically When You Brake/Installs in Seconds/No Wires

I received my LumiSign within 3 days! It looks excellent and fits easily on the back of my car. It's designed so that the illumination only comes on as you brake and then stays on after that for just a few seconds thereby allowing minimum use of the 4-AA batteries needed to operate the LumiSign. I did contact the seller, Olens Technology, at 805-489-3636, and their technical assistance department called me back within 15 minutes! The installation is not difficult and this LumiSign is an excellent way to support whatever team or cause you want to display on your rear bumper!

I've recently purchased my "Customized LumiSign" and love it. It was so easy to install because it's wireless and I'm also impressed at how bright it lights up. I've already had people ask me where I got it. Also I love the fact you can order different inserts and change the message up. Great product!

I thought it was a cool idea to have it light up whenever you push the brakes. Below are the pros and cons.PROS: 1. The inserts were easily changeable 2. Easy to install and calibrate 3. Light is seen well at nightsCons: 1. Wish there weren’t gaps in the battery bay might allow water to go in during rain and car wash ( have yet to test if this the case). A suggestion to the manufacturer is to make the frame fully sealed against water.2. Battery life seem to drain fast. Had to switch to medium lighting. Suggestion to manufacture use solar panels for power and add day/night sensors so light only turns on at night, it’s not noticeable during day anyways.3. Sometimes slight braking doesn’t turn on the frame light. You need a hard stop brake to trigger the sensor. Suggestion to make sensitive more sensitive.

Unfortunately took 9 days to arrive and therefore didn't make it in time to be put under the Christmas tree.Seems to work as advertised and looks great at night. I wish they would provide four of the same screws and not quite so long. The two provided screws didn't tighten it up without it flopping at the bottom and the screws I had on my vehicle were to wide for the plate holder. Not a huge problem, just used the other provided set of self tapping screws until I can get to the store to buy others. Only other con is that I worry just a bit about the longevity of the sign. My bottom insert sticker is loose at the top. I did my best to press it down to secure it again, but we will see.Again, at night this thing looks great. It is nice and bright, and I have it on the medium setting. Also, the fact that you can order other inserts and just pop them in is very convenient.

Originally I thought this was a lighted license plate that would hook into the wiring system on my 2018 Kia Soul. But after getting it and opening the box to see this up close, I realize this actually only works on AA batteries (4 AA batteries) There’s two compartment for batteries, one on each side to power the lights that work on a motion shock sensor. You can adjust the brightness and the level of shock or motion to get the lights to come on. For me this is a love/hate license plate lighted frame. On one hand it’s nice not having to deal with connecting it to your wiring system of your vehicle. But on the other hand your dealing with batteries that will go dead at some point! I have no idea yet how long batteries will last? Lights only come on for 60 second at a time and since the license plate frame is behind my car when I’m driving, I can’t see how it functions at all or even if the lights come on or not or when? Going to have to get someone to follow behind me to see how these work and if their worth the cost of buying these or not? Only way I know of to tell if your batteries have gone dead is to actually hit the license plate frame itself to see if the frame lights up? I am concerned how the battery compartment on this frame will keep water and dirt out of the battery compartments or not? Over all I like this license plate lighted frame, it looks nice on my car and at least when I tap the license plate frame and it lights up it looks good illuminated! I may look into finding a way to bypass the batteries so I can connect it directly into the vehicles lighting system, but even still it wouldn’t work how I was hoping cause I expected it to either light up with my tail lights or my brake lights and that not necessarily how this will light up? Can’t really say till someone follows behind me to see how or if it works? Hoping for the best, but expecting the worse at this point. I’ll give it 5 stars for now and will update when I know more how this really works?

Super cool! I got a Seattle Seahawks one and people love it! It has 3 levels of brightness so if you want it loud and bright you can set it to high or if you want just a little glow you can set it to low. Fit my car great. Also, they were great in customizing it, so mine doesn't just say Seattle Seahawks but it has a little logo too. Just type in what you want in the comments and they can make it happen!
