Item looks refurbished. Has scratches and transfer from something else. Very unhygienic for a skincare item. I requested a replacement.Update:I received a replacement and it also has scratches in the same area. This one does not look as badly scratched as the last one, but some flawed areas are almost identical (please look at pictures). There may be an issue with production.The facial brush works quite well and left my face thoroughly cleansed. It's too early to tell if the light modes are actually working, but I'll continue using in case it needs a minimum period of use to show results.I like that there are so many brush heads to choose from for the most comfortable use. The stand is great for keeping upright and allowing proper circulation to dry. I also appreciate the included drawstring bag for storage and travel.Overall, a really nice cleansing face brush.

Very poor motor strength easily bogs down under the slightest pressure, which might be good if you have extremely sensitive skin, and you need to control how much pressure this can apply. I find it too weak to give a good cleaning as I tend to push as I clean and that just bogs this down making it useless to me.The brush heads are super soft as is the silicon head, I like a stiff silicon head to really massage the skin and lift dead cells off and help open pours. The pumice stone head is about useless as you can't apply enough pressure to really get it working for a fast removal of dead skin, like on the feet. And the foam pad, well not totally sure when that would be used, other than to buff in some skin treatments, but by hand seems to be the better option for that (for me.)This does feel well made and does hold a charge well, I just don't like how delicate the motor is. I have another unit that I just love and can apply all the pressure I want, and it doesn't ever bog down, nor does it rip my skin off, so not sure why one needs a unit as weak as this one - other than if you have extremely sensitive, fragile skin.Not sure the light therapy is effective, as I use red infrared light therapy daily for body aches and pains and I run those units at least 20 minutes per treatment to gain the results I do, so a few minutes running a light while scrubbing your faces doesn't seem like a treatment but a gimmick. For true benefits you need to sit with a light on your face/skin for a longer period of time.

This is a fantastic set! I had another one kind of like it, but that one had the suction on the back which never did much for me. It died after I left it overnight to charge (lesson learned) after having it just 2 weeks.This one is a little more affordable and has the light therapy! Which I haven't used long enough to say if I see any difference in my skin, but I'm way more interested in it than the suction my other one had.There's basically 3 different speeds that you can use. - Deep. Which I use at night after wearing makeup that day.- Daily. Which is good for all skin types and does a good job for me in the morning.- Gentle (I think that's what they call it) which is good for those with sensitive skin.All those different speeds are, is different speeds of the brush head spinning. The more friction it's doing (probably not the best word to use because it's not harsh but I can't think of another term). It's added with the pressure you put onto your skin that will give you a different intensity along with what brush you decide to use.I never had one of these until the one I killed by charging. Once I was without one I immediately could tell a difference with how my skin felt after cleaning. I now can not just wash my face with my hands or a washcloth! It's not the same! I need that spinning brush to really help me. I have normal to dry skin. I'm also 48 so more on the maturing side. This really helps on my nose and forehead which are the first spots that give me the sign I need to exfoliate. I get basically a light exfoliation everyday now. And don't need to actually use an exfoliating product often anymore.Well worth the price!

I was impressed at the array of brush heads received, a handy sturdy stand usb charger and there are the red and blue light features. I can’t speak if the lights are effective as have been using a short while. I can say there was a famous name sonic brush that one brush head replacement cost more than this entire set. Note there are a variety of heads and three speeds so may want to use on your body, neck , decollate, back of hands the pumice on your feet and sponge applicator for foundationn.. I find this effective for cleaning and exfoliation although would have liked an even more powerful setting. This brush is a gem for cleansing your face and exfoliating with the silicone head. I would not hesitate to purchase again at this price point . It is thoughtfully packaged even including a storage bag and makes a lovely gift especially for someone just getting into skin and self care.

I've seen similar products with multiple head choices and speeds, but the red light and blue light is new to me. I wish the instruction book said more about how and when the lights should be used. I had to go to the product page to find that red is recommended to reduce wrinkles and blue to reduce breakouts. Still don't know how long or how often. Some of us need more instruction! There are 5 heads and 3 speeds. It is rechargeable and comes with a cord, but no plug. IT also has a stand and a bag to store it in. It is made in China.

I use daily to wash my face and apply serum. It works great and the battery lasts forever..

I really would recommend thhis product small compact yet powerful 👍🏽
