I spent a week researching what the best and most comfortable pillows would be, and thank Goodness I bought this one! Don't buy anything else. Just get this one. I used this on 11-hour flights, train rides, and this was my lifesaver. It is durable, easy to travel with, and actually, does what it says it was created to do! My neck and back thank you FaceCradle!

I do around 4-6 long flights in a year, between 9-14 hours per flight. I have used many travel pillows, the 3 in one soft pillow, neck pillow with inflatable sides, and the JetComfy. So far the FaceCraddle was the only one that gave me a full and comfortable sleep on my last 13 hours flight to Japan. I used 3 of its five advertised positions. The one were you tie it to the head rest and use it to lead over was the best.Cons: I would like them to work on the hinges. I think there should be a better solution. Also maybe a better quick release from the straps. A little pricey compared to other pillows, price could be more competitivePros: Like the many positions and options it gives you, easy to carry (other than people though it was a toilet seat), and very soft.

This is a horrible product. I travel a lot and Internationally as well and this not only did not work, it could not hold our weight (we are 155 and 185 so not big) and we found it to be very uncomfortable, cheap and even trying it while leaning back or sideways against your seat it did not work. Not only do I feel robbed of my money for this items and they should offer a satisfaction guarantee return. I did not realized it was NOT backed by Amazon or I would not have purchased it, so at least I would have had options to get a credit, etc. or something. Very disappointing.

I travel internationally quite a lot and in every country I use it I get a different reaction. From people genuinely curious to people laughing thinking it resembles a toilet seat. As long as you have sense of humor, it’s fine. You’re the one who’s gonna sleep better anyway. I love the front face option. You just need to try what length works for you.I tell my friends so much about this that they jokingly say you guys should hire me to sell it!

Bought this for a flight to England. I've never slept on an airplane before because I cant get comfortable, and every time I start to doze off I would get that falling feeling and wake up. This pillow is amazing. Just hang it off your head rest, lean forward and snooze. It fully supports my weight and doesnt feel flimsy at all.

After years of going thru blowup neck pillows that invariably break, a friend leant me this amazing new adjustable neck pillow and after one flight I had to get my own: It really helps! The pillow is soft and nice to use, however I found it was not quite sturdy enough for some of the demonstrated uses in the photo. I do like it more than the average neck pillow though.

Used this on a flight from LAX to London. This has got to be one of the best products I have ever purchased. I'm still suffering from a rear end whiplash accident and this truly saved my neck. I was able to fall into a deep sleep for several hours and not wake up with a kinked or sore neck. I highly recommend this!
