This sausage mold works great for making quick, healthy homemade sausages for my toddler. The silicone is medium-firm — it holds its shape but still flexes enough to release the sausages easily. It cooks evenly with the vented lid and is super easy to clean. The only downsides are the lid doesn’t lock and the sausages are kid-sized, but for the price it’s a very useful tool.

They definitely shouldn't have the word "hotdog "in the description. This is definitely more of the size of a breakfast sausage, but we will still give it a shot! We'll just need two in a hotdog bun😂 it's very very flimsy & floppy, very thin silicone, so we plan to steam the sausages in a flat steamer basket and then freeze them in a plastic container to prevent breakage.

Love the price, love the product… just wish they have it on a bigger size! This are kid’s size but too small for adults to eat 😅
